If you buy their closets, have your lawyer carefully review their contract. You may well end up in litigation to get them to stand behind their products. We paid nearly $190,000 for closets that were defective and didn't perform as promised by Poliform salespeople. Rather than work with us to resolve the problems, we have had to initiate legal proceedings against them. BUYER BEWARE!

We just received our Bristol sofa and 2 of the Mad chairs for our new living room. The design and quality are amazing and each piece is absolutely beautiful! Everything arrived on time and in pristine condition. We are looking into renovating our kitchen next and will go with Poliform again. Highly recommend!

To say that this company and its products are outstanding is an understatement. The whole experience with Poliform has been extraordinary: from trying the different options of sofas in their fantastic showroom in NYC, then choosing the appropriate furniture for our living room (with professional advise from Luca Bizi and Marco Oleari), to getting all our stuff earlier than expected in an impeccable condition. The final product is beautiful and we are extremely happy for having chosen Poliform. Bravissimo!!!

Especially for systems, many people will think that it is nowadays cheaper to go with a local millwork shop and get your closet or kitchen done there. As an Italian Architect and designer working in New York City for the last 20 years, choosing Poliform for cabinetry for my Client’s needs, in the beginning was more a sentimental choice due to the fact that I have known about Poliform since I was a young student and have always admired their innovative approach to design and their consistent quality of the product, the ethics of their attention to customer care and customer awareness. I have used Poliform in many of my High End Residential Projects. I love to work with Poliform because they are able to accommodate Projects of any size. Their products breathe luxury due to the elegance and innovation of the design, but also convey simplicity while being fully functional and durable. Very low quality for very high prices. Don't understand, interiors of the differents models are not in real wood. Don't buy it we have made a project with many furnitures of this brand and now we have many problems in our house and many drawers in the kitchen doesn't work ... July 2014: Sorry Poliform USA, I just show your comment and sorry to respond more later. You don't have reference of the order, it's because i don't have give it to you ... I understand you need good comments for your company but I confirm 4 month later, what you call oak spessart is pvc coating (melamine) not real wood ! And i have many problems with the drawers of the kitchen, for the library in the living room it's the same. It's not good quality for the price ...

Great place to buy kitchens! I needed to replace a kitchen in my new home and since a friend of mine owns a beautiful Varenna kitchen, I decided to look there. I had a great experience, they helped me to choose a perfect kitchen, that fits well with the style of my place (contemporary minimalist). Such a big variety of finishes and accessories to choose from, also a lot of complements selections. Very professional team in New York showroom. Definitely recommend this place, price is on a high end, but worth it.

The staff was very professional and knowledgeable and I was very happy with how my project turned out. I had just moved into my new condo in Sunny Isles and I wanted to organize my walk in closet, as well as get some accent pieces for the living room. My sales person at Poliform provided me with the drawings and asked me questions like how many pieces of different clothing I owned in order to allocate the space exactly to my needs ( all my 43 pairs of shoes fitted perfectly + more space for the new ones), there were also special shelves for the purses and accessories. Amazing! My apartment is very light, and initially I wanted to go with white cabinetry to match everything, but ended up with walnut interiors, which gave some contrast to the overall palette of my place (sales person recommendation). I also got a couple outstanding pieces for my living room – two ICS stools and Ventura in bright pink, they definitely gave a lot of character to the room. My sales person was out of town when my delivery arrived, but the showroom manager, Maritza, personally followed up and made sure everything was delivered and installed properly. Great service and products! Highly recommend this place!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with - based on dealing with the Chicago operations. I placed an order for $30k worth of Lualdi door in November 2010. The sales consultant was eventually fired and I received a new one. I was told that the doors would finally arrive in the US 8/31/2012 and that I could expect a couple weeks from that for delivery. I had not heard back so I stopped in the showroom today and was told that they were back shipped and would not be arriving in the US for another month or so. It would have been bad enough to be told this on 8/31, but to have to walk in and be told this a week later is beyond reproach. This whole fiasco is forcing me to put my furniture into storage and rent a new place, since I have to be out of the existing space I have and I cannnot extend my time in the old space.
