Do not buy a Planika fireplace. I got an error code. They do not have service in the United States. They required me to be available between midnight and 7 am to let them remote diagnose. After 3 early morning sessions, they determined that the motherboard was fried and there was nothing they could do and that i had to buy a new fireplace. I asked if it could be replaced, and they said it would be very difficult.

The team at Art Home Garden was great to work with: creative, professional and open to our ideas. On top of it, a lot of fun to work with. Most importantly they delivered on our shared vision, on time and budget. I would work again with them on future projects and would recommend them hands down. Bought a Prime Box for my apartment in Brooklyn because I wanted a "plug and play" experience and that's exactly what I got.. Arranged purchase online and all went smoothly. We had an initial problem with a fuel pump that didn't work and they immediately sent a new one. Excellent service, excellent produce. Easy to use, fantastic service. Beautiful product.

With bio ethanol fireplaces from Planika we have great experience. Many brands aren't save, and especially these kind of fireplaces are therefor tricky as they can be build in anywhere. Our choice for Planika is based on both safety and aesthetics, which gives us a good mix to provide it to our clients.

Everything about dealing with Planika was a pleasure. I choose them after a lot of looking at on-line reviews and visiting the showroom and wanted a product that was very reputable, design forward and was a clean burning fire. All the staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly with excellent design recommendations and help with selections. We had a very tight schedule and specific requirements from one of NYC greenest condominiums, the whole team worked hard to meet their demands and our timeline. They answered every email /phone call and worked one on one with both our design team and our build team. During the installation, the team stayed in touch making sure every detail was done right. Hats off to the whole team. Thank you very much.

This fireplace is beautiful, efficient and aesthetically pleasing. The perfect fireplace for an NYC apartment. The quality is fantastic. I have never had any issues. Superb quality. Commercial grade.

Great product. Easy to install (at least for my contractor) and great for custom design projects. I looked at a variety of brands and this is the best in terms of quality and design (most are ugly looking!). Fuel lasts for a long amount of time.

I was looking for a fireplace that fit my space and was also aesthetically pleasing and functional. After much research I found Planika Fires Primebox. Planika was a short distance from where I live in NJ and they came and dropped off the unit. The delivery person was very professional and conscientious and the fireplace itself was exactly as advertised. Pretty much set it up and fire it up. I couldn't be happier with the product and with the service they provided.

I bought this Planika Fireplace for our new 1300 sf Condo and we could not be happier. The fireplace is the focal point of our room.I worked with the best rep at Planika and she was so helpful to me with getting the right size to fit our space. The heat that is throws off is amazing and keeps us very warm for our Boston cold nights. Love it !!

At my design firm when we talk fireplace, we immediately think of Planika. In my design projects considering the primary function of a fireplace, I’m impressed by the amount of luxurious products they offer; Planika brings warmth and charm to any room of the home. Also, the Ethanol, coupled in with technology integrated using a Smart Home System, allows my clients to take control of the level of the flames.
