We built our first custom house with Perkinson Homes. It was an extremely rewarding process. From start to finish they were consummate professionals. From design all the way through construction they involved us in every step and communicated with us the entire time. Our project manager, Jody, was absolutely amazing. They delivered us a beautiful new home and we would work with them again no questions asked.

We had the BEST experience building with Perkinson Homes. We began our process building from another state and they made the beginning stages a breeze. They were in constant communication with us and the architect as we worked to design our dream home. Once we moved here, the building process went so smoothly. We were lucky enough to work with both Bennie and Randy who work so hard to make sure your home turns out perfect. Regina helps keep track of selections, Shannon (the designer Perkinson provided for us) was amazing, and Brian is always such a joy to work with. If you are looking to build in the Richmond area, I cannot recommend Perkinson enough. They built us an absolutely beautiful home that was more than we ever dreamed of. They deliver on what they say they will do. They fix any normal issues that come about during a building process. They advocate for you with vendors. More importantly, they are good and honest people who genuinely care about you and will become your lifelong friends.

We chose Perkinson Homes to build our house based on the quality of their construction, the upgraded features included in their models, and the fact that when we met Brian Perkinson (the only builder who actually met us in person when we were looking), we knew immediately that we liked him as a businessman/builder as well as a person. We couldn't be more happy with our decision. Everyone at Perkinson went above and beyond in so many ways and made us feel top priority throughout the entire process. Our superintendent, Bennie Sadler, was there for us for anything and everything we ever needed. We were very specific in what we wanted, and they were extremely responsive to our ideas, bending over backwards to make sure we were happy with the end result in every detail. Whenever we did have have any questions or concerns, the opinions and advice they gave us were in our best interest and never for their own convenience or monetary gain. We were treated just as important after we closed on our house as during the building process, and any issue that has come up afterwards has been addressed and taken care of immediately. Perkinson raises the bar across the board with what new construction homeowners should expect when building in the metro Richmond area. We have been so pleased throughout our entire experience with them and absolutely love our beautiful home!

During the buying process those at Perkinson Homes were friendly and helpful. If there was any questions we had or anything we needed corrected, they were always available to help.
