We are so pleased with our decision to go with PCB to do our bathroom remodel. From the very beginning to the very end, they were professional, dependable, and so easy to work with. Even though our project was relatively small, they gave us the same attention and effort that would have been given to a full home remodel. Dave, our project supervisor, was excellent! He was always available to consult with us, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a couple of unpredictable glitches along the way, and Dave and his team successfully handled them with total confidence! All of their employees and sub-contractors were experts in their fields, and highly skilled and competent. And they cleaned up the jobsite every day! We have had nothing but complements on our new bathroom, and are delighted with the results. We will be contacting PCB to bid on future projects!

My husband and I hired Pacific Coast Builders when we purchased our first home and completed a full kitchen renovation and add on. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the very beginning, their team proved to be incredibly reliable and always maintained clear, open communication throughout the process. Their work was exceptional, reflecting their skill and attention to detail. They consistently arrived on time and executed everything according to a well-thought-out plan. If you're looking for a contractor who is professional, dependable, and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Steve and his team at PCB.

PCB is the true concierge of custom home builders and remodeling. They will ensure all of your dreams come true and then some! We had an extensive remodel of our second floor, which included completely gutting the master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. It is absolutely stunning!! We used all natural materials. Hardwood, limestone, quartzite and PCB proved to be artists when it came to all of the installs. They also completed many other projects around our house: a new HVAC system which cools this 3300 sq ft home down in minutes, staircase remodel, new exterior paint, brand new exterior wood shutters, on and on. Dave V, our project manager is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, super kind and good with follow-through. He was always available during our project and easy to communicate with on a daily basis. He becomes part of your family! The entire PCB team is amazing. It all started with several meetings with Eli and Matt. Who answered every question without hesitation and were super honest about the entire process. Also a quick shout out to Lucas...amazing custom woodworking skills. You should see the GORGEOUS solid oak pocket doors and master entry door he installed for us. Just beautiful! If you've been talking to PCB or thought about calling them. Do it. Totally worth every dime spent!

From start to finish our experience with Pacific Coast Builders was a pleasure. We had them build us an ADU from ground up and their craftsmanship, professionalism and dedication to customer service exceeded our expectations. We've learned construction is not only about the final result but also the journey and customer service to get you there. PCB got us there with a smile and we would gladly go through the journey again. Thank you PCB!

From the start PCB was prompt, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Our project lasted just over a year and PCB was consistent the whole way through. The team was clean, professional and delivered what the said they would. Not to mention the finish work was excellent. I highly recommend them!

From the first time I talked with the experts at Pacific Coast Builders I knew we had the right contractor for our remodel project. They actively participated in evaluation of the remodel potential of several homes we were considering buying for our retirement/forever home. They provided candid and honest evaluations even though it wasn’t what we wanted to hear (though we still needed to hear it). When we found the right home they worked with us and our designer to tailor just the right remodel program. Throughout the remodel process they never faltered from their primary goal - to deliver a high quality remodel project and a retirement home we’d love. Even when we were challenged with construction issues, Pacific Coast stayed in our corner and helped guide us to the finish line. Hiccups aside - and every project has hiccups - they delivered a finished home with a great level of attention to fit and finish details. I’d recommend Pacific Coast Builders to anyone who needs a professional and quality builder. Ken G., Ladera Ranch, CA

We recently completed an extensive kitchen renovation with Pacific Coast Builders and we could not be more satisfied with our experience. Throughout the process, PCB were courteous, accommodating, and very clear about the costs and timeframe. Our project supervisor always went above and beyond our expectations and made us feel we were listened to. Their subcontractors all did impeccable work, and we appreciated how skilled and dedicated they were to their craft. We’re genuinely thrilled with our new kitchen and would wholeheartedly recommend PCB to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience working with Pacific Coast Builders on an extensive remodel of my home. Everyone I dealt with was honest and trust-worthy. I received a accurate and detailed bid, resulting in very few unexpected costs. I had almost daily communication from the project supervisor, who was extremely dedicated to the job and made sure every detail was taken care of to my satisfaction. All of the subcontractors they use are top-quality and did an amazing job. I would be happy to speak with anyone who is considering hiring PCB and I highly recommend them for your home building/remodeling projects!

PCB is the best! They did a full reno on our 4600 sq ft home and we couldn't be more happy with the results. They use the best subs and the workmanship by all trades is excellent. You've probably heard the horror stories about bad contractor experiences. Do yourself a favor, put your mind at ease and go with PCB! One of the things I liked the most working with PCB is they never say no and will work with you to get the results you're looking for

The team at Pacific Coast Builders was really fantastic. From the early responses to my quote requests, all the way to the final touch-up paint and trim work, the team was relentless in making sure we were taken care of. Steve and his team of sub-contractors were professional, passionate and timely in their work. Thanks to the team for a great job!

We worked with Pacific Coast Builders in 2022 to renovate our kitchen & master bath. The team has an amazing attention to detail and were very conscious of sticking to our timeline & budget. Cannot recommend them enough!
