We are so pleased with our decision to go with PCB to do our bathroom remodel. From the very beginning to the very end, they were professional, dependable, and so easy to work with. Even though our project was relatively small, they gave us the same attention and effort that would have been given to a full home remodel. Dave, our project supervisor, was excellent! He was always available to consult with us, and responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a couple of unpredictable glitches along the way, and Dave and his team successfully handled them with total confidence! All of their employees and sub-contractors were experts in their fields, and highly skilled and competent. And they cleaned up the jobsite every day! PCB is the true concierge of custom home builders and remodeling. They will ensure all of your dreams come true and then some! We had an extensive remodel of our second floor, which included completely gutting the master bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet. It is absolutely stunning!! We used all natural materials. Hardwood, limestone, quartzite and PCB proved to be artists when it came to all of the installs. They also completed many other projects around our house: a new HVAC system which cools this 3300 sq ft home down in minutes, staircase remodel, new exterior paint, brand new exterior wood shutters, on and on. Dave V, our project manager is the consummate professional. Detail oriented, super kind and good with follow-through. He was always available during our project and easy to communicate with on a daily basis. He becomes part of your family! The entire PCB team is amazing. It all started with several meetings with Eli and Matt. Who answered every question without hesitation and were super honest about the entire process. Also a quick shout out to Lucas...amazing custom woodworking skills. You should see the GORGEOUS solid oak pocket doors and master entry door he installed for us. Just beautiful! If you've been talking to PCB or thought about calling them. Do it. Totally worth every dime spent!

PCB is the best! They did a full reno on our 4600 sq ft home and we couldn't be more happy with the results. They use the best subs and the workmanship by all trades is excellent. I worked closely with Pacific Coast builders for 9 months on my renovation of my 1960’s Eichler. I did not shed a single tear! The process was truly painless and even though there were bumps in the road during a Covid renovation, I never felt stressed because our contractor, Dave, went above and beyond communicating with me. I threw a couple challenges his way and he literally invented solutions to a tiling issue. Dave also did a great job of learning the intricacies of a mid century modern renovation. He did not try to add extra molding or ornamentation. He listened and was able to deliver details that only an obsessive Eichler owner may notice. I was never “mansplained” to or ever made to feel silly about my requests. When looking for a contractor, I suggest finding someone like Dave whose personality appeals to you. This person will be in your life daily for months to come and you will be together through stressful situations. This isn’t my first experience working with a contractor, but it is one of the very best. I look forward to working with PCB on more projects in the future.

Fair price for professional work. Had zero issues with workers or most importantly their work. The PCB guys Took great pride in their work, were professional, and ran on a well organized schedule. Our work was done in a timely manner, and I felt like our job was just as important to them as it was to us. They never flaked—if they said they were coming, they showed up and were on time. They cleaned up every day after working, which was important as we were living in the house and I was pregnant and had our baby while work was still in progress. We hired Pacific Coast Builders to do a full renovation of our 4000 sq. ft. home in Newport Beach. This included a new kitchen and two new bathrooms, one of which was built from scratch. They re-wired the entire home, moved several walls, put in new hardwood flooring, and Lutron and Sonos systems throughout. Pacific Coast worked tirelessly on the job and more than satisfied everyone of our requests. They hired great sub-contractors too. Everything was done with the highest attention to detail and in a first class manner. They truly cared about our home. It was more than just another job to them. They conducted themselves with professionalism at all times and charged fairly for their work. Matt was particularly impressive. He organized the entire project and always communicated with us clearly so that there were no surprises. My wife and I love our "New" home and we have Pacific Coast to thank for it.

Great company and workers at Pacific Coast Builders. They successfully matched an existing wood floor beautifully, and remodeled a powder bath & kitchen. Highly recommend! Completed on the project on time.

Pacific Coast Builders has remodeled four upstairs bedrooms, remodeled our staircase, remodeled our master bath, our game room, our backyard, and put in new flooring all throughout our downstairs. They have an attention to detail that is seldom found anymore, they are responsive, and they have fair and accurate estimates that are very close to the final cost. If they do encounter an issue (as all remodels do) they take ownership and correct the issue to my complete satisfaction. My next project will be my kitchen and I just hope they aren't too busy.

Our experience with Pacific Coast Builders, Inc was outstanding. We had a great point person for the project, Mike Sansovich. He had excellent communication skills, helped solve any problems that arose in a timely, cost efficient manner, and really made the remodel job as easy as possible for a young family of five. His crew was also excellent. The job has totally transformed the home to both beautiful and functional.

Pacific Coast Builders did a build out in my office suite that was outstanding. The crew showed up on their scheduled date and time consistently and were very professional. They always kept me in the loop of the project status and left each day with the area super clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a build out of any sort. I have just glanced at the work but I find the level of work to be excellent. would be happy having them work on my home. Like all contractors very very busy but not too far off the timeline. I gave them 4 stars because the accounting came as one bill and then another rather than a weekly progress charge. Also a minor misunderstanding about the tile work in the kitchen. I would use them again without hesitation and already plan to have them work on other properties.

I have worked with Pacific Coast Builders on two occasions, most closely with Cory Spafford. My first experience was with PCB in the remodel of my personal residence. The quote was thorough, and followed without surprises. The work was meticulously done within the time frame specified. The gentlemen working in my home were clean and respectful of me and my neighbors. I have been living comfortably without incident since the completion of the work. My experience was so positive, I hired PCB and Cory to remodel a rental property that I own. This place was built in 1922 and remodeled in 1976! I was a real mess and needed a lot of work! New walls, floors, electrical, plumbing...everything! Again, a completely positive experience. CORY had great ideas to save me money, and I left many decisions in his capable hands. The same guys who did the work on my home did the work on my rental property. That was very reassuring. I highly recommend Pacific Coast Builders and keep a stack of his cards to hand out!
