Great experience and beautiful work. Oro Coast Builders was the only good thing about a difficult roof leak, for which they did the repair work on several closet walls/ceilings and reinstalled closet shelving and lighting. Let me start off by saying that we are first time home owners and purchased a house that hadn’t really been touched since it was built, other than some DIY from previous owners. We knew that the home needed some improvements but after closing on the house “as is” and discovering it needed a new roof, plumbing and a myriad of other work, we decided it was in our best interest to look into an almost complete renovation (in the hopes of not having to redo work twice further down the road.) We used Oro Coast to add 200 square feet to the front of our house. The lay out of our house is not the easiest, but Sahar and his team did a great job. The city and its permit process is also a lot more difficult due to the pandemic, but Sahar and his team were on top of it. My family is glad we hired Oro Coast for our project. We screened at least 10 contractors and feel fortunate we found Oro Coast.

Management worked to understand our needs and provide a professional proposal. We had two new air conditioning systems installed and significant venting work throughout the house. We dealt with the same managers throughout the project. Their bid for the work was not the low bid or the high bid. They used quality materials and air conditioning equipment and had excellent staff completing the work. They started the work on the day they said they would, and completed the work the day they said they would---to our complete satisfaction. They completed the project including meeting with the city inspectors. When the inspectors had issues with our home outside of the scope of the project Oro Coast completed the work to the inspectors satisfaction at a fair price to us. If we have projects in the future Oro Coast Builders will be the first company we would call.

Sahar and his team did a great job with the upgrade of our driveway, entry way and trash area to PAVERS! We've been waiting to do this project for 11 years, so we were very pleased with how quickly the work was done and anything that came up was handled quickly.
