DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not follow through with anything they say they are going to do. They produce extremely poor quality of work, they hire inexperienced workers, provide them no tools, guidance or oversight, they took 3 times longer than expected and we had to fix several MAJOR issues after they left. This includes 2 separate STRUCTUAL issues that had to be rectified after they "finished" the job so our house would stay standing. Sam will basically tell you whatever you want to hear but never actually does any of it. You have to watch them extremely closely and remind them 3,4,5+ times to do things or they just won't do it. They will tell you things have been done when they haven't in hopes you won't check for yourself. Sam even went as far as to suggest to me that I should regularly check in with his crews (he suggested twice a day) to make sure they were working hard since we observed them sitting in their truck the majority of the day. In the end we were extremely disappointed, over budget, and way behind schedule and Sam only had excuses (including blaming his own crews and telling us that none of them would have jobs at the end of our project). Not exactly what a homeowner wants to hear especially when spending good money.

I had "ONEWAY CONSTRUCTION" order and install new energy efficient windows and a triple sliding glass door. They measured, ordered them, installed them and hauled the old ones away for me. I live in a condo, so I had to get HOA approval. They had to take off the facia of my building to install the windows/doors, then put the facia back to match the exterior of the building. They exceeded my expectations and that of my HOA!! I am so pleased with their work! I highly recommend them!!!

One-Way Construction and Sam Littrell built my new home in 2014. The company and people were great to work with. I was very pleased with the honesty, experience and integrity of all the parties in the company. The quality of my home is wonderful right down to the smallest detail. I was included in all the decisions and given expert advice when I needed it. Sam was very knowledgeable about my project and all aspects of the construction. The home came in under budget and before the deadline. It was my first experience of building a home. My husband passed away during the construction and having a company and people I could trust and depend on made the experience so much easier at a difficult time. One-Way really cares about their customers and will go above and beyond to make a new construction or a remodel a rewarding experience for the owners.

My wife and I just bought our first house had One-Way do a complete Rehab to a home thats almost 100 years old, we have been very pleased with the work they did! At first the tasks we needed to do seemed a bit daunting but with Rob’s expertise and with the help of his crew they were able to take care of the jobs that I thought were impossible. They were very friendly and made it a point to keep us informed of every step they needed to take in order to get to the job done. You will be satisfied with how amazing their customer service and their craftsmanship is the icing on the cake. I really hope you consider One Way for your next home project! You won’t regret it!

One Way construction started (but did not finish) our new home in Leavenworth. We found them to be absentee contractors who did not properly oversee their subs. We had several issues during the construction of the build especially when it came to the roof and the finish work. The entire roof is being replaced this spring – One Way did not stand behind their work or that of their subs – we had to bring in our own consulting experts to show them their subs did not install the roofing material properly. As for the house trim – there were areas in the house that had to be redone 5 times. The Rob Sorensen asked to have areas with missing drywall covered by tile trim – thank goodness the tile sub refused to cover up the spotty workmanship. The attached pictures are examples of the destruction that occurred during the installation of new interior doors in a new house. Rob Sorensen said this was “normal’ and it would all be covered up. I would not recommend One Way for any job big or small.

Hi Kelly,
best wishes in your beautiful new home. I wanted to add some additional photos of the good work we did there. I know it is unfortunate that there were some touch up and finish items that did not get completed, yet we had to pull off due to lack of payment. You also never came to site during the work week so you could not actually see that we were there all of the time. Let me remind you also that you self-contracted a lot of the work your self, leaving gaps in the scope you expected me to fill in for free.

The first half of this job went great, then we had is disastrous Ice Dam cause a roof leak but I feel we dealt with it honestly, despite taking severe losses, and we stood behind the work we were paid for. I'll also state that per our settlement agreement you walked away with a huge sum in the budget to complete all items of the project. Had we continued the project, and been paid in full for the work we did, this would have been one of the nicest home's we've built. It is unrealistic to expect us to come back and do touch up when you had not paid us for several months despite a transparent and honest insurance claim to cover damages.

I will also state quite factually that your statement we do not stand behind our work is 100% false. We did file an insurance claim on the roof, fixed all interior damage and paid you a settlement sum above and beyond the damages for your "trouble". We also paid out of our own pocket to replace your roof while we seek settlement with the original roofer. In fact, I am quite proud of the fact we did stand behind our work on your job as we do on every job.

These guys were GCs for a major building project along Lake Wenatchee from Jun 2014 to Jun 2015. Great framers, diligent, worked well with most subs. Responsive to our questions and ideas for mid-project modifications (tweeks).
