I built a custom home in Nantucket this past year and wanted to hire a designer/decorator who had the expertise and good taste to advise me on my project , someone who could embrace the vision I had for creating a Malibu beach vibe in a Nantucket home, and who could add her personal flare to the project. Nina and her team embraced all of my ideas and helped to find the items that created the look and feel I was focused on. They were extremely organized and able to create stunning rooms which are casual yet full of luxury. recommended by a friend. Transformed what was a pedestrian summer house into what I think is a show house. Nina restructured the kitchen and did a complete makeover. The remainder of the first floor was transformed by tasteful choices in wall paper, painting and furniture.

Nina is very talented and insightful, but most importantly, she is easy to work with! She listened attentively to our rather general descriptions of what we were looking for and was able to present recommendations that reflected exactly the mood we wanted to create. She covered color schemes and furnishings for the master suite and for our teenage children's rooms, the media room, dining and family rooms. Nina made recommendations for light fixtures inside and out, window treatments and 'statement' furniture pieces. Nina basically helped turn our newly constructed home into a calm, inviting retreat.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nina Liddle Design on two existing Boutique Inn's on Nantucket that were completely redesigned by Nina. The first property is known as the Centerboard Inn, Nina came in and picked everything from the paint colors, furniture, rugs, built-ins, moldings, along with the artwork and finishing touches. She did an outstanding job, so much so that guests have made it the #1 Rated Inn on Nantucket. Our second project together was another Boutique Inn called the Regatta Inn also located on Nantucket. Again Nina did an incredible job, this time we decided (after much consultation and trust in Nina) to go a little more contemporary, we call it "Coastal Elegance". It came out incredible, (rated #2 on Nantucket) I couldn't be more happy with everything she picked and her ability to execute on such a large ($900k budget) project and finish on-time. As it turns out we just bought another Inn on the Cape in Chatham, MA and are redoing it. It's a large complicated project, and YES we are using Nina Liddle Design. I highly recommend her for both small and large jobs, you will be Very Happy!
