Nicola came out to my London flat for a 2 hour design session. It was fab. She was bursting with ideas, tips, and energy! And really helped me to see the space differently. It was very worthwhile and I highly recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I did a 2 hour call with Nicola and WOW. She answered every design question I had and sourced furniture, art and even plants for a restricted budget. Every choice sang to me and I left feeling excited to execute the changes. I will definitely be using Nicola’s services again and my only regret is not using her sooner.

We absolutely loved having Nicolas online design sessions! Shes amazing!! We were really lost about how to use / design our front room, and she took a few Pinterest pictures and brought it to life - now it’s our favourite spot in the house! We’re going to do the kitchen next and can’t wait. Could not recommend this service more!

We worked with Finch Interior Design during a major Victorian house renovation, where Nic helped us both with the overall flow and feel of the house, as well as several key high-profile rooms where we really wanted to get the design right. Working with Nic was one of the best decisions we made during the project. Her eye for space, colour, texture, lighting and art is exceptional, but what really sets her apart is the way she listens. She never imposed a “house style” or judged our ideas — instead she took everything we wanted, refined it, challenged us when needed, and guided us away from expensive mistakes whilst still making the house feel completely like us. She has an incredible ability to see how spaces should work and feel, not just how they should look in a photo. So many of the decisions we’re happiest with came from her direction and confidence. Beyond the design talent, she is genuinely brilliant to work with. Every meeting felt fun, collaborative and energising — you leave excited about the project rather than overwhelmed by it. By the end it feels more like working with a friend than a designer. I would use Finch again every single time I’m allowed to. In fact, my only regret is not bringing Nic in for the entire house from the very start. I honestly could not recommend Finch Interior Design more highly.

Doing a consultation session with Nicola was a real ‘treat ourselves’ experience both in planning and execution. Nic was so engaging and accommodating - she ensured she understood our priorities first and had an incredible way of sharing her wisdom in a truly consultative way with us that we really felt not only did we know what to do, but also why - leaving us talking and learning long after our session. We’re excited to now execute and then no doubt book in again as she truly had a way of opening up the potential of our home. Highly recommend!

I booked an in-person design session with Nicola to get some help with our living and dining rooms. We’ve just moved in to our house and I wanted to get some direction on how to create spaces that reflected our personal style and made use of the period features. I had a lot of ideas but I didn’t know where to start or how to bring my ideas together in a cohesive way. Nicola was absolutely incredible - she really quickly got a sense of my style and gave me exactly the kind of practical direction I was looking for: how to use the space, paint colour suggestions, product ideas and links. Nicola also made suggestions that I would never have thought of, which was so valuable. Nicola has such a wealth of knowledge and such an amazing eye. We packed so much into the session and really made the most of the time - and Nicola was also just so fun to work with. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

We worked with Nicola on our kitchen, living and dining area as we wanted to make the space feel a bit cooler and modern, without losing the character of our period property. I like a lot of different styles and found it hard to streamline my thoughts, but Nic did an amazing job of understanding the vibe we wanted and creating a space that feels eclectic and fun but calm and inviting. Our favourite thing she suggested was transforming one side of our kitchen into a banquette dining area - I genuinely would never have thought of this and it's created such a fabulous space for hosting that we get so much more use from than before. She also helped hugely with sourcing art and decorative pieces, which can easily be overwhelming! We are over the moon with how the space now looks and Nicola is to thank for it - if you want to create a home that brings you joy to look at an live in, then I'd highly recommend her!

I have used Nic’s design sessions at various points of our (almost!) total house renovation. Using a full interior design service wasn’t possible for us on this project but the flexibility of the design sessions has worked really well. The time is yours to decide how to best use it - whether to fire a lot of questions at Nic about different parts of the renovation project, or to do a deep dive in one room. Nic helped to identify my style and lift ideas out of Pinterest. Online ‘shopping’ trips where she helped me find tiles, taps etc for our bathroom was really helpful. And some critical advice once we’d planned our kitchen ensured we made a few tweaks which really helped it come together. I’ll definitely be making use of Nic’s interior eye again before the project is over!!

Nicole did a brilliant job designing the interiors in my house. She really took the time to get to know my style, and to articulate it much better than me! I’m so pleased with the end result and my house has a really cohesive feel. I really appreciated Nicola’s advice during my renovation journey and bouncing ideas off her was a great help. It was a great investment and I’d really recommend Nicola!

Our home has been completely transformed and is an absolute pleasure to live in - practically how we use it and aesthetically how it feels. We did a ground floor refurb including an extension and internal structural changes. Nicola’s ideas on layouts have been a game changer. She also quickly understood our style and designed a space we could have never imagined. The colours, furniture, lighting work beautifully together. She has a keen eye for detail and doesn’t stop till she has it right. Highly recommend!

I first booked a design session with Nicola when we were mid house renovation. My budget couldn’t stretch to a full design service and I felt I had a good idea about what I wanted, but wanted an expert opinion on what I was planning. The session lasted two hours, and it was worth every single second of it. Nicola gave us brilliant advice, I was just frantically writing down everything she said! She suggested some changes to our renovation plans which made the house look architect-designed, things I never would have thought of. Since then we’ve booked another 2 or 3 design sessions with her, for different rooms in the house, and always had a great result. I definitely recommend Nicola for anyone who wants their house to feel like they live in a high end hotel!

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for Nicola's incredible work in transforming our 1935 Arts and Crafts family home into a contemporary yet elegant country house, all while preserving its authentic charm. From the outset, Nicola understood my vision perfectly and made what could have been an overwhelming process a fun and exciting project.
