BUYER BEWARE … NewRock claims to put care and quality into each home and build with a higher standard but those words are mere fluff. In 2013 I was so happy to take possession of my new home. By month FOUR the roof started leaking and while NewRock came in and “fixed” it, it has never truly been fixed. I have been having issues ever since and they refuse to take any ownership indicating this is now the problem of my condo board. They are a joke of a company and should probably stay out of the home building business until they learn what quality and care truly mean.

We are pleased to endorse the work of NewRock Developments, our journey started in October 2017. We found NewRock Development incredibly flexible and accommodating. How a project could go 10 months without any significant stumbling blocks is impressive! There craftsmanship and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations. never cut corners and always did the right thing, which is resulted in the high quality and product which is now our home. We still marvel at how great it is. We are very happy with the finished home and receive many compliments on the design. My husband and I worked with Trisha to purchase our home and really can’t say enough good about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging but working with Trisha made it as painless and straightforward as possible. The site supervisor Andy is very efficient and is on top of anything you may require. We have yet had to wait for him and at times he arrived at our door within minutes of advising of something as minor as a bolt needing to be tightened. Between Trisha and Andy they did an amazing job at giving us our dream home we wanted. Both my husband and I would highly recommend NewRock Development to see your dream home built.

I moved into my condo by New Rock last spring. I would have never been able to get my mortgage without the help of everyone on the new rock team. I am so grateful. I love my home.

From picking the color palette to moving in and celebrating almost 2 years of ownership! Loving it! Support team is awesome especially to mew home owners! Would really recommend living with New Rock!

We've been living in our new condo since September of 2016 and we love it. NewRock has some great programs to help out first time home buyers and the entire process was a breeze. We dealt with Jodi in Blackfalds and she walked us through everything without hesitation. No matter how many questions we had, she was always available via phone, email and in person meetings to get things done. There was absolutely no pressure either! We enjoyed the options for flooring, colours and counters too. Everything is great quality from the light fixtures to the door frames. It's also been nice to have follow up support from Guy, Bryce and Jodi to fix our one year (minor) defects with the place. I couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience. We were even left a bottle of sparkling wine and a card when we moved in!

NewRock has some great programs for first time home buyers. Really helped us get into our first home. We are very pleased with the quality of construction, very well done.

I purchased my home a year ago and couldn't be happier. Great communication with NewRock and any issue is dealt with the following day if not the same day!

I purchased a mortgage assistant Condo from NewRock Development. From my first look at the show home I was in love with them. It is a quality build with everything including blinds included in the price. The sales person Faye was terrific to deal with and very knowledgable. She held my Condo as pending for months to allow me time to get my personal affairs and finances in place. I moved in a week and a half ago and so far have been happy with the transition. Time will tell whether they follow thru with a few minor fixes.

We have been in our new condo for over a year now. Was built by New Rock Developments. We very pleased with how everything went got to see it from the ground up. There staff were great to work with from helping with the choosing of flooring and paint colours to cupboards. We have felt this has been a great move fo1r us. And look forward to the many years here.

I purchased a home with NewRock Developments and am happy with the decision! (Jodi - the lady I dealt with most through out the process) is super friendly, kind and patient with my 1 million questions and emails. I always get a prompt response and was able to move quickly into my condo without issue. Guy, the construction manager, is also professional and committed to his job - he took time out of his busy day and time with his kids on his day off to come and do my 1 year inspection without hesitation. There has been some minor issues (just like all new homes) but no matter what, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and decision to go with NewRock!

This company built my house. I cannot get any service from them, and they do not return my calls. They just argue with me about everything. They put sod over a sinkhole in the front yard, and refuse to fix it. As well as they did not go to each property pin. they were 3 1/2 Feet short and they have not corrected this and that was over 2 months ago. They have known that I have had Plumbing leaks and my Furnace has not been working properly for the same amount of time, and I just talked to them alittle over a week ago about it again. Still nothing! They keep telling me that it is the contractors that they call that are not showing up, but when I call the same contractors they say they have not received any calls from Newrock about our home, so either Newrock is not telling the truth about it or all the contractors are not. We were told we could not have tile the way we wanted it.
