Neil Jones Design

We instructed Neil to design a replacement deck area for our garden, with a rough idea of what we wanted for a split level deck and undercroft area. From the initial meeting, Neil's professionalism, clear communication and descriptions of every step and good humour ran through the entire 3 years of the project, and he still remains involved with the final little pieces to tie the project together. Neil's ability to transform our rough idea into a well functioning, considered and beautiful project which stood fast against multiple complex construction challenges is testament to his skills as a designer. Even getting his hands dirty and assisting us with planting and landscaping, Neil's hard work has delivered a true one-off project for us to enjoy and share for many years to come. Highly recommended.

I had very low expectations that Neil could go very much with our small garden. I was very wrong! His design was incredible giving us a truly indoor outdoor space wiht three sections that flowed into each other wiht ease. A patio on on elevel leading down to a feature fire pit and lawn then back up to decking with glass balustrade. We decided to get the full spec and were very pleased we did. There were no deicisons to make therafter and 'Your Gardens' did a fantastic job executing the design. Neil got all the levels exact, all the curves exact adn the result is incredible. But further, he was happy to be involved for advice during the build adn even advise on colour of the wall I painted, type of seating etc. It felt like he really cared about the outcome. Cannot fault him and if we ever move woudl certainly use him again. To blend the incredible creativity with precision plans is an unusal combination.

Neil Jones Design service has far exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend his expertise enough. After presenting a diverse, demanding and challenging brief, we are overwhelmed and delighted with the conceptual garden scheme provided. Not only does this deliver on all the criteria requested; the unity of design and integration with the house ensures this will significantly enhance our daily lifestyle and contribute to the investment in our property. Furthermore the process of working with Neil is a delight, he is a consummate professional who actively listens and anticipates the needs of the client, no doubt why he is able to so successfully exceed expectations.

Neil came to us highly recommended and we now understand why. Not having a large garden, it was important to us to have a clear design, utilising all the available space to its maximum potential. From the outset, Neil was extremely thorough and professional, but yet equally easy to work with. Having the vision of an oval shape lawn, and designing the rest of the garden around this, he translated our garden into an amazing and usable space. Even after presenting us with the design, he was available to guide and advise us during the implementation of the project. Neil takes obvious pride in his work, and this is reflective in the design he came up with for our garden. We have enjoyed working with Neil and would not hesitate to recommend him to others. We now appreciate the importance of a strong design! Thank Neil.

Very professional design with texture and colours that worked really well, I would not hesitate to recommend Neil in the future.

Excellent garden designer. Extremely professional and provided a beautiful design to meet my individual needs. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to totally redesign their small city garden .

Neil has designed our front and back gardens, and developed detailed plans for the landscaping companies to work from. We are delighted with the designs, Neil took lots of time to discuss what we wanted and how we plan to use the space, then came up with a design that we loved first time around. This is amazing for me as I’m very picky. But Neil nailed our style straight away. We’re in the process of choosing a landscaping company and hope to implement the scheme before spring. We’re very excited. Thoughout the process so far Neil has been available for chats and discussions and is always willing to give advice. I’d highly recommend Neil.

We contacted Neil to help us realise the full potential of the front and rear gardens of the house we had recently moved to. After an initial on-site meeting to discuss our aims and budget Neil set to creating a concept design. When this was ready Neil returned to present his concept along with plans, sketches and photo boards. We were really happy with the concepts and hope to take these forward into detailed designs with Neil.

'Neil Jones Design has provided invaluable input into the redesign of our garden to maximise its potential and create the outdoor room that we’ve always wanted. Neil’s design insight and professional guidance has ensured a technically competent and imaginative design that meets our needs. We’re very excited to see the design take shape and continue to work with Neil to ensure the proposals are executed in every detail.’

It has been a delight to have Neil responsible for the design of our garden. As we have a small courtyard garden we needed to be sure that we put the space to best use. Neil understood from the outset our requirements in terms of design and budget. The process from concept to design and implementation went extremely smoothly. Neil is very professional and knowledgable, always providing information timeously and went above and beyond just the designing of the garden. He was always available when we needed his input or advice, nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to use Neil again for any future projects we might decide to undertake!

Neil Jones Design , completely grasped the brief, and executed the design perfectly. Neil gave us a very comprehensive list of plants which were suitable for our location, we were very impressed with his knowledge, and consequently delighted with our , laid back , Caifornian style outdoor eating /bar area

I used Neil Jones to design the front and back garden of a refurbishment project to our new house, from start to finish Neil was punctual, polite and understood our expectations. The design, drawings, coordination with our builder for the house works and finished product have left us very pleased.
