We have built 2 houses using Nance as our general contractor. We used two different architects on the homes. Both homes were built with a wonderful eye to detail by Nance contractors working on the homes. Nance is particular about their subcontractors as well. When we were building the houses, Nance had several plasterers who were part of their company and they were SUPERB! They do not build an ordinary house, and will usually interject thoughts about how to accomplish an aspect in a more realistic and sometimes less expensive way. After living in our present home built by Nance for almost 9 years, we occasionally contact them and they always respond and are anxious to help if necessary. Top builder!

Building a new house can be a stressful experience. Nance Construction is the antithesis of the ordinary construction company. This family-owned company treats their clients like family. They are honest, client-focused, appropriate and "caring." They care about their clients, the homes they build for their clients and the home building experience. Their integrity and respect spreads throughout their organization, including the owners, supervisors, crew and subcontractors. 16 years after building our house, they still cheerfully help us with repairs, revisions and remodels. Nance is the best.

Nance construction made the entire process of building a home extremely calm. All pre work is done; budgets planned and items selected. There are NO surprises for us. The design of the years' of experience has left us with an incredibly beautiful, livable home. We enjoyed working with each one of them and found that they are "real" people who care about their customers. Money isn't their first objective! They want happy, content clients. They have been in the Phoenix/San Diego market for over 35 years'. They have never advertised as the "word of mouth" as allowed them to work with clients who value opinions and their strong work ethic. They are still available to call even though we are now in our home. Oh yes….did I mention they came in ahead of schedule and below the budget? Homes are spectacular and "bidding" them against other builders is not comparing apples to apples. I have lived in Phoenix for 20 years' and NEVER heard one complaint or problem with this builder! Their reputation speaks very loud as you will see.

I bought a 2 year old "Nance constructed" home in the Arcadia neighborhood about 3 years ago. Shortly after closing, I hired Nance to complete a number of construction projects which they completed using the original subs who constructed the home. The work was done timely, at a fair price, and extremely well. I intend on building my next house with Nance and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in great design and detailed craftsmanship. M Brown
