Do not buy from Yale Appliance!!! We paid, in full, a range hood which included installation two months ago and we are now on two failed installations. You can’t speak to anyone in management to address the issue- they just push you along to another department. I asked for a full refund and I still am waiting on a response. To this day, we still are getting the runaround. We decided to go with Yale Appliance instead of the big box store thinking we would receive a professional experience but unfortunately we received just the opposite. Buyer beware!!
