We turn "TO DO" lists into "TO DONE" by offering various handyman services to our clients. There is NO JOB that is TOO small! Our services ranges from but are not limited to Appliance installation to Weather Stripping. If you don't see something that is on YOUR list, give us a call. We have always had a flair for design and making the "old" become "new" with just a few small changes such as replacing a light fixture or enhancing a "focal point" in a room. Beautifying your space doesn't have to "BREAK THE BANK" when we do the WORK for YOU. The owner is a Real Estate Agent licensed in the State of Virginia.

I live out of town and needed some work done to my rental home prior to selling it. Mainstream came highly recommended from a friend who is a realtor. Sidney was the contractor who came to the home and gave me a detailed estimate on the areas I needed to have repaired. His prices were right inline and the quality of workmanship was top notch! I'd highly recommend Mainstream Properties to anyone who is looking for quality work at a reasonable fair price.

We hired Mainstream Properties to redecorate our house, install fixtures, and hang blinds etc. They're always professional, on time, and competitively priced.

Mainstream Properties is very helpful and professional. I use them for most of my home maintenance. When I was looking for someome to care for my yard, I was very happy with how soon they were able to start. I am always impressed by how much attention they give to the smallest detail. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Mainstream Properties did work for my mom. They installed a light fixture and replaced a doorbell. They showed up when promise and just gave good old fashion customer service. Not only was my mom please but I was too. I will call on Mainstream Properties again for my handyman needs for sure. Great Job!!!!!
