MUNRO is a London based design studio, working on local and international projects. We believe romance is at the heart of every interior.....a feeling evoked by the space which surrounds us. Raised in the beautiful west coast of Canada, Erik spent years traveling the world in the fashion industry before landing in London and setting up Munro. He nurtures a love of nature, textiles, architecture, and graphic design through his varied projects. Erik is able to ensure that the final design reflects the unique personality and lifestyle of each of his clients. Living, eating, drinking, sleeping, reading, playing, laughing, dancing - the best things in life are amplified with better design. Let's get started on your project!

Erik did the fit out of a client who wanted a cosy and modern hair salon. Very approachable and focused on delivering the best results for the client. The result is amazing, the salon is beautiful and was delivered within time and budget. Would absolutely recommend.

Absolute pleasure to work with. Amazing team with great ideas and pro-active approach. Always hands on and ready to implement solutions that will overcome any issues. Munro Design have worked with us our second project in West London, having done such a good job with our first project. This was a different journey for us, as we had a much better idea about what we wanted. Munro Design remained as just as effective and just as helpful, whilst making space for us to be more expressive. They are a great team, full of ideas and lovely touches. Friendly, collaborative and highly empathetic with you as a homeowner, they deeply care about the end product. Highly recommend

Munro design, helped me with converting my unmodernised 5 bed Victorian house in SW London from top to bottom to a bright stylish & spacious oasis. Erik totally understood my brief and pushed me to be brave on some amazing details and choices that have added character and charm to our home.

Munro Design have worked with us on a Georgian townhouse project. We started with a bathroom and now they are looking after the whole house! They have been helpful, patient and flexible. They have loads of good ideas but at the same time could not have been more receptive to ours. They are extremely hard-working and super attentive to detail - nothing is ever too much. I can honestly say, they have transformed the project into a really positive experience and I feel like we're in safe hands. Could not recommend them highly enough!!

There are interior designers and then there are genuinely talented interior designers who's quality of work cannot be taught, Erik is most definitely the latter. I've worked with Erik on a couple of projects and am excited to work on many more as our careers continue to grow and evolve. Erik is reliable and very committed to his work and has the ability to achieve brilliance no matter the budget. Erik is extremely modest, loves what he does and is a joy to work with.

I have worked with Erik on many projects for about 10 years now. He is inspiring to work with, has a keen eye for detail and is most importantly he is sensitive to his clients' vision. A deeply creative leader in his field, one to watch for certain. I would highly recommend him as an interior designer.
