As fairly particular people, turning over our home to MO and her team versus directing the work ourselves was initially an uncomfortable proposition, but it was absolutely the right decision. MO created a beautiful vision for our home and executed on it expertly. She hit our timeline and delivered on everything we'd agreed, and then some. A fantastic experience!

Margot has an incredible design sense and is able to make a project look its very best. It was a joy to watch the projects unfold. We were fortunate to have her, as she was very busy. But inspite of a tight schedule, Margot was able to get everything completed by the target date. Her beautification was a major contributor to our homes' profitable and speedy sales.

We just completed the sale of our home in Mill Valley, where MO Design came in and designed and remolded our home prior to the sale. We met with Margot and her team came at our house five months before we planned to leave. We walked the property, providing an estimate of services. Five months later, when the day came, we handed them the keys to the house, and they completed the work *exactly* when they said they would, and on budget! Perhaps more importantly, the house was so much more beautiful than anything we could have designed and built. The attention to detail and "brand new" feel she gave our home was fantastic. We left the design decisions to the experts. When we did need something fixed or resolved, they were quick to respond. Not a single member of the team wasted one moment. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and clearly brought experience to the table, significantly reducing the time required to get things done. We were listed for less than a week before it was sold with significant competition! I don't think it could have gone any better. You couldn't work with a better team.

I've known Margot and her design team for years as a Realtor, so when I needed to sell my own house, I knew it was her that I had to call for my project. Margot helped me get the house ready to sell with interior and exterior paint, a kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels, a family room project, lighting etc. Margot is decisive and keeps budget in mind when making decisions. As for the staging, I knew Margot would make the house feel exactly as I wanted, light, bright and comfortable with a peaceful vibe. Her team staged a 5 bedroom house in 2 days flawlessly. It's shocking how expertly they can be in and out and leave the house with no damage and looking amazing. Our house sold for over asking and everyone loved it. My only regret is not calling her sooner while we lived there so that we could have lived in that spectacular house.
