When we first met with orca on our new home build, we were promised the world from them. When the house was near completion we were shocked and completely disappointed by how over sold we were with the equipment that we were told was top of the line. After being in the house for months our remote gate still was not working and it was impossible to have any calls returned from orca. After a year of almost no contact from Orca we hired a new contractor who had solved all of our electronic problems and was shocked by the work and equipment were originally set up with. Orca was unprofessional, unorganized and a the worst company we have worked with in my career of developing homes. I would never recommend this company.

I was very concerned about our security, and Mary assured me that Orca would make upgrades to our current system to better protect our home and family. She arrange for Joffrey to come by to do the work today. He was professional, competent, and extremely hard-working. I appreciated his suggestion to add an additional motion detector where one was lacking. He performed multiple tests once he was finished to make sure every door and window contact was working properly. He upgraded the siren to a much louder version as well. He also made sure I knew how to operate the system before he left. He did an amazing job cleaning up after himself. Such a bonus! I couldn’t even tell he had been here. We work with Orca often for all of our Low Voltage and Security needs. They always complete the task professionally with a great level of service. We would recommend Orca time and time again.

They did a beautiful install and then stuck around to troubleshoot the problems TELUS created, unrelated to ORCA! That’s the kind of service I was told I would receive and that’s the service I got. In particular, Head Tech Ed, wouldn’t let anything slip by. We have the alarm service , the video doorbell and the built in vacuum cleaner. They completely wired our duplex with cat 5 and cat 6 cable. The Telus installers were very impressed and told me they wished everyone would be as easy to setup at their end as ORCA made it. I highly recommend them.
