I had the pleasure to work with Kyla and Nathan from KG Designs on our extensive renovation project in Canberra in 2015. Both Kyla and Nathan were professional, efficient and dynamic and they both have amazing ideas, creativity and vision. They were completely across the brief and were extremely thorough in their design and execution. They also completely reviewed the lighting plan and made significant changes to the proposed lighting. The changes were a vast improvement and also a large cost saver. Being based in a different state to the KG Designs office was not an issue in any way, communication was clear, prompt and thorough. I engaged Kennard Gornall (KG) to undertake an inner city apartment renovation. From the outset KG spent the time with me to understand my lifestyle and requirements. They provided a variety of different options according to my budget however at no time was design or quality compromised. During ‘the build’ and project management phase, KG’s expertise and experience proved invaluable. They took time to work with tradesmen to explain concept, design and purpose, and their strong relationship skills with tradesmen ensured that the time line of the project was achieved. I engaged Kyla on a consultancy basis for ideas on a small house renovation including a new bathroom, new windows, new tiling and the layout of rooms as some walls were moved. She had some brilliant ideas, was happy to pass on some great suppliers and she had a thorough knowledge of all aspects and processes. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others.
