This company has pushy staff, long lead times and ridiculous shipping costs. All products were not in the box and had to pay for forgotten parts. Not happy.

I purchased Krownlab's hardware for a sliding door/barn door project. They were unbelievably helpful in making sure we got the right product for our job, and that we understand all the mechanics of installation (we installed ourselves). The product itself was purchased because it is a top of the line, high quality mechanism. It had to work with a heavy wood door with a glass insert. We couldn't be happier with the product, or the service we got from Krownlab.

I hired Krownlab to supply sliding door hardware for an upscale project I was managing. The product came in when expected and is of good quality. The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them and hope to work with them being spec'd on future projects.

As A High end designer and re-modeler in the Sacramento area, I seek the highest quality of products and innovative materials. They spent quite a bit of time making sure the application and product was the appropriate for me. their drawings were clear and easy to read. Krown Lab provided a clear proposal, detailed engineering drawings, timely delivery, clear installation instructions, and meticulously-crafted hardware. They were very responsive to e-mail questions before the sale, and shipped when they promised. They charge a premium price but the product and service justify it. I am fully satisfied. And the door hardware looks stunning.

Order and shop drawing review process was professional and straightforward. Great product, expensive and completely worth it. Track looks clean and door operates extremely smooth.

Did some work for this company. I have installed there product several times with no problems. Customer service is very knowledgeable and excellent. This is a very cool product and would highly recommend it. They give detail drawings of your project along with there own "How to's", something that you don't see very often in my field of installation. A DIYer can install this product.
