We built a new home in FL about one year ago. Our experience with Karen Benson and Associates has been wonderful through out the building and decorating process. Karen took our thoughts and desires for a comfortable and beautiful home and produced exactly what we wanted. Working with the architect and builder she formed a partnership that truly made our home beautiful. Her selections of fabrics, wall coverings, paint, furniture and accessories transformed our thoughts into reality. Karen and Krista made sure that we were involved in the complete process, with our input influencing their recommendations through out the project. I highly recommend Karen and her staff to anyone who is building or redoing a home. You will not be disappointed.

Karen and Shana took our vague ideas and created our perfect vacation condo. They captured our lifestyle and needs perfectly. They presented us with color, design and budget options at every turn. Communication was never an issue while we were in Ohio and they were here attending to the details. And did they attend to details! Those small touches make everything come together. I highly recommend Karen Benson. She has provided our new construction with design, coordination of selections of the various building materials, and now the final touches of furniture layout and interior design. Karen is easy to discuss our thoughts, visions, and goals with. Our dream home has exceeded our expectations and it is all because of Karen's hard work and dedication to our project. The best thing we did regarding our home, was having Karen be our Interior Designer.

Karen and Associate Vanessa were outstanding Professionals, listening to clients ideas and take in budget when making decorating/staging ideas.

Karen has a true gift of color and design. She made amazing changes to my dining room simply changing the paint over the chair rail. She is respectful of budget constraints and gives you options. She redesigned our master bath completely, and added architectural design features to our great room completely changing the feel with a few small details.

We did a renovation and update of our Villa. Benson & Associates handled every detail and delivered not only on budget but on time. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. They were able to capture our lifestyle and imagination and bring it to reality. It would take a book to detail everything they accomplished....ask to see the before and after pictures and you will see the whole story. Benson & Associates are professionals who are creative, deliver on time and budget and don't cut corners to do it. Love working with pro's like this. We live 1100 miles away but the project communications, updates and common sense decisions they made were probably better than if we were at the job site personally. We made one trip back to do a final punch list and walk through. As a retired project engineer I can say that having pro's like Benson & Associates is a real find.

Karen is awesome! We contracted with her for a redesign in our home and were so pleased. She and her crew were wonderful. We had seen Karen's work online and liked what we saw. Once we met her, we knew she was the one for us. She is professional, visionary, fun, edgy, so talented, reliable, (I could go on and on!) etc. We are so pleased with our results and are trying to find another reason to use her services!!!

Karen rearranged furniture in our living room, office and bedroom. She also hung art in the living room. Luckily, I'm related to this exceptionally talented designer and she agreed to work for wine :)

I have used Karen for several projects at my home. The largest was with a complete rebuild of my home. She helped with design details and decorating. She and her team are very conscious about functionality and creating the look that you want and working within your budget. I recommend them without reservation!
