Founded in 2010 by Justin Friedman, a third-generation Michigan builder, the HM Homes team prides itself on its ability to deliver timely builds, the result of a close, trustful relationship with local municipalities. We believe it’s our responsibility not only as a community builder but as a resident to preserve the history and integrity of the neighborhood. As a full service design and build firm, our ability to educate customers during the process has become our signature, and our focus on building relationships has become the foundation for our success. Our comprehensive walkthroughs and design orientations keep homeowners fully involved throughout the entire experience. As their home portfolio expands, the HM Homes team is also extending its reach into multi-family residences and commercial real estate. Putting designer Carrie Long’s aesthetic talents to use, HM Homes is now offering retail and office build-out services as well. And in addition to their full-service purchase and construction homes, HM Homes now accepts clients with pre-purchased land – doing build-outs on clients’ own sites. Prior to founding HM Homes, Justin Friedman was a project manager at Pinnacle Homes, a family company. Building and administering 200+ unit home sites, Justin accumulated expertise in local code, location hunting, and negotiation & development. HM Homes also offers financing for residential home builds.
