It’s hard to describe talent in words, especially when it comes to a talented artist who makes dreams come true! My husband and I were driving around and spotted a new development for single family homes. The first thing that caught our attention was the uniqueness of the architectural style each house showcased! As we were standing admiring these homes, the builder drove by, and stopped to chat with us. He then decided to take us for a tour through one of the last homes being built. After the tour was over, my husband and I decided we must have our future home designed by the architect behind this complex. Shortly after, we were lucky enough to purchase a piece of land in a beautiful neighborhood that would accommodate the exquisite design of Mr.Rosenberg. We were extremely excited to meet Jordan for the first time. Knowing how artistic his work was, I was a little nervous my ideas weren’t going to impress him. However, as soon as we arrived, Jordan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel extremely comfortable. Outstanding talent is hidden behind a person who’s extremely humble, calm, a good listener, and thrives to deliver dreams! We shared some photos with Jordan and discussed what we had in mind. Jordan was very diligent in his timeline and he would always deliver on the promised date. He was always open to discuss any new ideas or concerns we had. We were very opinionated and knew exactly what we wanted, however, Jordan always welcomed our challenges and proposed the right solutions. There were times where we changed our minds about certain things, but Jordan would happily revise the plans and make our vision work. If anyone is looking for a talented vision, work of art, and professional artistic architect, Mr. Rosenberg is the one!! We recently got our plans done, and I can’t wait to see our breathtaking home become a reality!

Don’t bother looking for another architect because… WOW! Words alone cannot express the knowledge, talent, and professionalism of Jordan and his team. We interviewed 5 architects, started with one and felt like it wasn’t going in the right direction so we started looking again and found Jordan! And we are so grateful we found him! My wife and I thought there was zero shot we could ever agree on the exterior design of a custom home. Melding modern & traditional seemed impossible. Somehow, Jordan took both of our input and nailed the look, literally on the first try! He listens to all of your ideas and manages to get all of them (within reason) into your home, regardless of how big or extravagant your project is. Whenever people come into our home (currently the end stages of construction), they always think it's bigger than it is. I'm not sure how he did that, but the flow and design just work. He also won't just hand you drawings and disappear. Jordan has been there throughout the entire project to answer all sorts of questions, and even made a site visit to give input on a particular decision we wanted to make. He is also in constant contact with our builder discussing the project, the progress, and ways to make it perfect, down to the smallest detail.
