My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jason and the team at Identity Construction for the complete remodel of our Mid-Century home designed by Arizona architect Al Beadle. The Identity Construction team was exceptionally knowledgeable in the care, construction and integration of all of the changes we required while staying true to the architectural intent of the original design. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and constant assessment of insuring the best methods and materials were being used in our project were second to none. We very much appreciated the skill levels consistently on display regarding design and construction from the team and their trade partners. Jason Smith, as a result of his architectural education and experience, was especially helpful in making sure we realizing our final goal. We couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend the Identity Construction team for any project!

Identity Construction Completed a freestanding garage addition along w/ landscape / hardscape remodel for us. The quality of the construction is exceptional. They completed a lot of custom metal work for us as well. They came in on budget with a fair and accurate bid. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We purchased our home in Sept/2015 knowing that we would need a major renovation, both inside & out. Based on a recommendation from our realtor, we met with Jason Smith of Identity Construction. Jason is both an architect & general contractor. We discussed with Jason our desires for the home & property & he presented us with a number of options, that opened our eyes to creative possibilities beyond anything that we had imagined. He & his team took a dated , tired property & turned it into our dream home. We found Jason & his team at Identity Construction to be honest & straightforward. As the project progressed, we requested certain modifications. Jason always advised us of the pros & cons as well as the costs of these requested changes. We live in New Jersey and we were apprehensive about taking on a project of this magnitude living so far away. We were communicated with every step of the way. We were comforted by the fact that there was a supervising foreman, Dan, present on the job daily. Even after the job was completed, any questions or concerns that arose were promptly & thoroughly addressed by the Identity Construction staff. From start to finish, everything progressed smoothly. When our realtor came to see the house after completion she was blown away at the magnificent transformation, inside & out. We would have no reservation what so ever in recommending Identity Construction to anyone contemplating a renovation. We love our new home!

If I could give Identity Construction 10 stars, I would. Jason, the owner was our Architect, his precision to detail truly paid off in the end for us. Jason and his team did a half house remodel while we maintained living in part of our home. Their subs worked around us every day. We never had a problem with any-one person. They became part of the family at times, very trustworthy, respectful people. The remodel consisted of the kitchen, laundry room, halls and garage. Identity Construction converted our two car garage into a beautiful, well-crafted guestroom with full bath. Our kitchen today is much larger with all top end appliances. I love this space; it’s by far the best place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The team at Identity Construction has a great eye for vision and detail. I would love the opportunity to work with them again in the future. Highly recommended from my list of must haves if you need to build a new home and remodel one.

Our plans were to do a modest remodel of our Arizona home. Then we continued to expand the scope (all at our request) until it almost turned into a scrape! Identity was flexible to a fault to accommodate our requested changes, always working with us to minimize costs where possible. Since we live in San Jose, CA we were 750 miles from the job site and could only visit occasionally. Jason Smith of Identity kept us continuously informed, and we grew to trust his judgment on the hundreds of decisions that we were not there to make. The result is better than we hoped for, and we would recommend Identity with no hesitation whatever.
