Turner Design Firm provided exceptional service from beginning to end. We first became aware of Jeanine Turner's excellence while looking for a home. While we lost out on a home that she designed, we fell in love with her style. When we finally found the home for us, we immediately called Jeanine to re-imagine our new place. She transformed a lovely home into a storybook written just for us. There was no aspect of the project that she and her team could not handle. Living here now has only continued to illuminate and showcase the special features and nuance of her interior design skills. We could not provide a stronger recommendation.

Jeanine, Tessea and Eric are the Dream Team that delivered my wife and I our Dream Home. They did an amazing job! I had used Jeanine for a smaller project about ~ 10 years ago in which she did an outstanding job and most recently this year was fortunate to have her help my wife and I on a renovation of our Condo. This included a full gut of two bathrooms and kitchen. I told Jeanine a few times throughout the project that I can tell she loves what she does. I have been working with Jeanine for over 25 years now as her main person when it comes to kitchens and all cabinet projects. She has a very good grasp when it comes to the functioning in how to lay out a cabinet plan. She is always open to listen to the client as well as me in regards to any tweaks that need to be made to her initial ideas, and to give the best layout and functioning space for the homeowner. She is fantastic to work with.

We could not be happier with the work the Turner Design Firm did for us! We did a complete renovation of our kitchen. Also, we redecorated our living room, dining room, primary bedroom, guest bedroom/office, and powder room. Their taste is exquisite and they really understood the aesthetic we were looking for. Their service is top notch. They were always available to answer questions and quick responses to any situation that arose. They made the entire process fun, smooth, interactive, and as stress free as possible! The entire team was fantastic.

After living in one of Jeanine's model units at Silo Point, we wanted to hire her to remodel a second unit. While it was a larger unit, it lacked the modern appeal found in our first and elsewhere in the building. We wanted our new unit to have that same wow factor balanced with comfort; cozy and chic. Our project began in 2019 and completed in 2020. Our work included 3 phases of remodeling and design: master bath, stairs and 2nd floor loft area, and kitchen and home bar. As well as, art selection, home color consulting, furniture purchases and placement, and rug selections for all other remaining rooms: 2 bedrooms, living, dining, den, and entrance. Jeanine listened well to our ideas and advised what might work but supplemented her experience to make it all work better. She provided a creative vision from concept to implementation. We appreciated her eye for layering colors, lines, fabrics, patterns. She could focus on art and abstraction, as well as, sharp attention to details, workability of ideas, costs, and deadlines. She advised where we needed to spend a little extra and where cost cutting would work best. She was super enthusiastic, genuinely excited about our project, but at the same time understood our strain of living in and remodeling a home. I believe we made a great team and we couldn't be happier with the modern and comfortable look our new home. Our work together exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Jeanine.

We have worked with Jeanine on remodeling our entire house . She has helped us to solidify our style and gently guided us towards the decision that made both my husband and I happy . We have loved working with Jeanine to help redecorate our home! We moved in about 5 years ago, and never really felt like it reflected our style. Neither one of us is really much on decorating, and we struggled making the house feel like ours. Jeanine spent a lot of time getting to know us, what we liked, and the look we were hoping to achieve. This job may have been considered too small for others, but Jeanine stepped in with the save vigor that she applies to all of her jobs. We worked with Turner Design Firm from 2018 to 2019, I wrote a review half way through the project. Since then the project has completed and we are very happy with the end result. In some areas we splurged such as the custom double islands with material from Spain, and in other areas we saved a lot by using new flooring material Jeanine recommended. The overall effect was consistent. Many house guests have enjoyed the 7000+ sf house. The organic contemporary style was both unique and classy.

Jeanine created an imaginative solution for our design . We wanted a contemporary / Asian theme in a large room with very high ceilings . Artistically She delivered. The room is breathtaking . Her design is Architectural Digest worthy . Even my adult kids ( who generally hate our taste ) commented , the design is what one would expect to find in a award winning 5 star hotel lobby . My only criticism is that she significantly underestimated her personal time needed- not a big deal as the project ( construction, furnishings and art ) came in on budget

Jeanine is outstanding. She is talented and knowledgeable. She takes time to learn and understand your overall philosophy and taste. Using this she was always spot on in giving us choices and advising us on the best options. She recommended things that i would have not necessarily chosen without her suggestion and in the end our place looks better than i could have imagined. She is engaged in the process and is always accessible. We will continue to work with her on projects to our home over the years.

Jeanine is currently helping us with the interior and some exterior design of our 7000 sf contemporary house. She is a master of color and texture, a great listener, very resourceful and flexible. We love how the exterior stucco and stone turned out. Her suggestion to remove walls, add closets, relocate fire places enhanced both the form and function of various rooms. We discovered Jeanine Turner on Houzz after parting ways with the original designer on our major condo remodel. Jeanine was very enthusiastic about our project and she jumped right in with her great vision. We had recently purchased this 5 bedroom condo and needed to move in within 6 months. Jeanine was very instrumental in orchestrating our project in a timely manner. Jeanine totally immersed herself in our project and started making important design decisions as soon as she came on board. I have never seen a designer do this before. She was always available by phone or email to us as well as the contractors. We replaced doors, did custom flooring and redesigned bathrooms and the kitchen. In addition she helped with the furniture purchases and placement. Jeanine was conscience of costs - telling us where we needed to splurge and where we could cut costs. Jeanine is working on a major kitchen remodel for me, that also involves some other areas of the house. She is the best designer/decorator I have ever worked with. Jeanine is creative, resourceful, reliable and cost-conscious. She is constantly offering up new ideas and ways to reduce costs when budgets become an issue. Jeanine really understands construction and provides a seamless interface with contractors, electricians and cabinet makers. She also is independent, i.e., not wedded to any particular suppliers or contractors although she has resources for all of these. I can't wait to have pictures of the final results posted on Houzz. We have hired Jeanine Turner to design several models at the Silo Point project over the years. Every model home she did was better then the last. Highly recommend.

After seeing some of Jeanine's model units at silo point, we knew we wanted to hire her. She has done two projects for us. For one project, she determined appropriate finishes for a completely gutted condo unit that had nothing in it but walls. She found beautiful kitchen cabinets, wood floors, tile for the bathroom floors and shower, vanities, granite, faucets, lighting, sprial stair case options, among several other things. The place turned out beautifully. The other project she did was our personal home. We moved in and didn't have a clue where to start. She guided us to the right stores and we found some beautiful, quality pieces. Some items were custom made while other came from discount stores. Jeanine is not afraid to mix in a few inexpensive pieces if they work for the room. For example, she found a replica of the valzer floor lamp. The original retails for $2000. For $100 at a local discount store, we received a very similar item. We get tons of compliments on that lamp. Jeanine has many contacts within the community and online companies. She charges only by the hour and passes on all trade discounts to the client. Her rate is very reasonable and she doesn't charge for travel time even if you need her to go to DC. She always works with you to find the best product for the space at the best possible price within a reasonable time frame. I cannot say enough good things about Jeanine. She has great taste, great connections with manufacturers, retailers, and contractors. She knows how to stay on budget, is easy to get along with. She is very accessible and responds quickly to phone calls and email. I highly recommend Jeanine to anyone looking for a designer who understand how to create a modern, contemporary place that is cozy.
