Our work with Joey started as a much smaller project. We just wanted to upgrade and modernize our kitchen but it tuned into a revamp of our entire first floor. Joey helped us through the entire process and we couldn't be more pleased with the results! Joey has amazing ideas and impeccable taste. We didn't always completely jive at first but he was able to take my love of color and run with it. We now have an amazing green piano room and a kitchen/family that is rustic and elegant all at the same time. He knows how to combine elements that you wouldn't ordinarily think go together to create a room with layers of interest, like a fine wine! Joey is by far the very best in business and I can not recommend him enough!

It was a pleasure to have worked with Joey Leicht during the construction of our home. He gave 110% and more. He helped us with construction idea's as well as decorating our home. We hired Joey of Joey Leicht Design when we moved to a new home in our neighborhood and wanted to make changes to much of the internal structure and decor in our house. Joey has a vision for a whole home and it is based on a combination of my style likes and interests combined with the right feel for the "bones" of this house as we didn't want to change the outside or build from scratch. He knows a great deal about color, fabric, product, and look of pieces for each room, he will work within a budget when we ask and then find a product that satisfies our look within our price range. He will also encourage me to "hold out" for the right piece instead of purchasing or designing too quickly just to get it done and then compromise the look and feel I am dreaming of. Joey has clients who like every style of design, I have seem many "traditional" style homes he has designed and that is not me. I am more interested in an eclectic mix of pieces that might be called "transitional" but I find many contemporary pieces that fit my style as well. Joey is GREAT at mixing these design style for me. Many times I show him a room I like in "AD" or "Mansion" from the WSJ, and he will help me achieve the look but tailor it to my home's style and my needs for daily living each room. I have school age children at home, and many young visitors, and I want a beautiful home that can withstand little hands, finger prints, small toys, etc. and Joey is helping me to have both. My husband and I feel grateful that we were introduced to him and we continue to work with him as we change each room with his expertise, sense of flair and color, attention to detail and view of the bigger picture of our home.
