His standards are set high and all finished work is completed to the client's approval. John and his crew are dependable, talented in construction and electrical, friendly and courteous. They respect your property by providing covers for furniture and floors and clean up each day after work...including mopping when necessary. If any issues arrive after construction, John can be reached immediately and will remedy the situation in a timely fashion. He can always be reached...no waiting days for a return call. He works with the most amazing vendors and all materials they provide are of the highest quality. I have peace of mind knowing that J.C.D. Construction gives me the best price for the best quality. We were lucky enough to get a recommendation to use JCD Construction for the renovations of our hall and master bathrooms. Best call we could have ever made! John and his crew are exceptional. The site was always left clean at the end of the day. They arrive when they say they are going to and show the utmost respect for you and your home. I had basically no clue what I wanted - I just knew I needed updating to my 20+ year old bathrooms. John was able to guide us in the right direction and knew what we wanted even when we didn't. In addition, his vendors are top notch and when you mention that JCD is doing your work, they confirm that John is a pro and pleasure to work with. Our bathrooms turned out phenomenal thanks to his guidance. Too bad I can only rate JCD Construction 5 stars. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We really enjoyed working with John and his crew. They were very careful with our possessions while doing constructions, Noelle was extremely helpful in all design aspects of our bathroom reno. She came up with suggestions that made everything work better. Things I would not have thought of. We love our new bathroom! Top quality workmanship! Robby did a great job with the painting of the bedroom and front door as well. I love working with him. Our new front door entrance is welcoming and beautiful. Thank you!

John and Noel led my kitchen renovation project and did an excellent job. They were very concerned about meeting my needs and ensuring my satisfaction. Cleaned up the site every day. And went out of their way to plan things to limit the time that my kitchen was not usable. Very happy. Highly recommend.

JCD Construction has done our master bath renovations. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of materials used and the quality of the workmanship for this project. The project was bid in clear terms with no "hidden" surprises. The work started on time and we were kept informed of each phase of the renovation and what to expect next. He maintains an excellent list of sources for materials. Allowances were liberal and the project actually came in a few dollars under budget. Time was a factor for us on this project and John and his staff met and exceeded all goals and expectations. The crew left our home spotless, removed all debris and were some of the most pleasant people to work with. If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I would highly recommend John Dericks and JCD Construction to handle any renovation projects you may have. If the need for any future projects should arise, JCD will be at the top of my list!

JCD Construction did an amazing job on our master bathroom. Owner John has a wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful crew that did a great job. John made suggestions in both design and functionality that really helped us get the beautiful bathroom that we wanted. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!! We renovated our kitchen and J.C.D. Construction handled the entire project. They did a terrific job installing the custom cabinets, tile and appliances. When we ran into a problem with the dishwasher fitting because of the existing plumbing, John quickly came up with a solution. The company and its crew were very professional, arriving on time each day and cleaning up the worksite before they left. The job was started and completed on time. We were so pleased with the job that we had John redo our downstairs bath and install recessed lights with remote controllers in the family room.

We hired JCD Construction to help renovate our 30 year old farmhouse and I could not be happier with the work, dedication and friendships that we have developed with this awesome group of people over the last 6 years. We have used them for everything from kitchen design, removing parts of load bearing walls, total redesign/relocation of a bathroom, to painting and smaller repair jobs. They helped us truly create a home that I am so very proud of. The employees and subs were ALL excellent and John was always careful to choose subs who were respectful in my home. Renovations are hard and sometimes stressful but I loved every minute of it!
