We are now enjoying a lovely addition to our home that was done by an excellent construction company, Janiczek Homes. Mark Janiczek has put together an excellent team of employees and sub-contractors who worked together seamlessness to make everything come together. Every construction project is confronted with issues that can make it difficult to bring a job in on time and on budget. The COVID pandemic being a good example. Mark and his team navigated this and other issues with ease and brought our beautiful addition in on time, on budget and to our complete satisfaction, My wife and I highly recommend Janiczek Homes.

Janiczek Homes built our family's green dream home! Mark and his team did a wonderful job coordinating, collaborating and executing on the vision that we've had brewing for the past 5 yrs. With a vigilant eye on our budget, but very conscious of quality, we carefully interviewed builders. We were overjoyed to learn that they were as professional and responsive on day 1 as they are today, months after we've moved in. Everyday, we appreciate their attention to detail and are grateful for the expertise and kindness!
