FIRST IMPRESSIONS INTERIORS was founded in 1998 after years of experience in design, real estate and couture fashions. Janice completed her design studies at the country's #1 design school: Parson's School of Design, studying in both New York City and Paris with heavy emphasis on space planning and interior architecture.. Her company offers living solutions and applications for new construction, remodeling, or existing space. 30 years experience nationwide. Janices' focus for all design is to create new space or re-create existing space for an open living concept, reinventing and recreating, brining new life..Mid century Modern is strong as is all Modern architecture today. We rework Tuscan to Transitional design and continue to support Spanish Colonial styling for our desert living as well. We continue to stay on the leading edge of the market, although we do not support "trends", creating Light, open and spacious designs to any size square footage. As to furnishings our preference is to design custom pieces, and unique selections from industrial to contemporary to historic reproduction pieces. Lighting is the jewelry of the home and is hugely impactful and often neglected areas for investor remodeling. While maintaining budgets we also educate our investor clients in making appropriate selections and decisions for the success of each project.
