Below you will find the email I sent to JalanJalan: I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper about a month ago. I had your person come out and measure what I needed. I based my purchase on her calculations. I have 2 unopened rolls I would like to return. Please let me know how to proceed. Julie was the sales lady who helped me through the process. I never heard from them again. I found this upsetting since I relied on them for competent help before I made my purchase.

In Jalan Jalan they always travel the world to bring a great selection of the best furniture and accesories. Every time you go into the store it is like a travelling to exotic places.

Jalan Jalan offers Chic, World Goods, and the staff is amazing, Especially Their Stylist, Francisco Vasquez. I love the selection of one of a kind items, especially over sized pieces. The showroom is by far the most put together and interesting space, in Miami. Every time I visit I am inspired by the fresh inventory and updated showroom, and high quality products

I’m always inspired by the creative and unexpected mix and juxtaposition of product…in all price ranges. The owners attitudes are so in-tune with how to make it easy for a designer to close the deal, always suggesting things in their other warehouses or locations. The design business is stressful and finding and developing relationships with people that make your job easier is the only option. I probably walk thru each alcoved space 20 times as my eye slowly catches one amazing thing after another. Whether your list is pages long, or just needing those few last special pieces, Jalan Jalan is a MUST – STOP any time you’re in the neighborhood. I’ve strolled in on a non-working day just to enjoy the creativity of their collection and the wonderfully inspiring way its displayed. On a scale of 1-10….A SOLID 12 !!!!!!

One of the most interesting selection of Eastern furniture pieces and accessories, wonderfully displayed. There are many stores offering Eastern furniture, but the matter is originality, quality and uniqueness: Jalan-Jalan does it all. Plus, they are very nice!

They are a great source for unique furnishings. Very easy to work with. They maintain good stock and are a reliable souce.

As an interior designer,,"Jalan Jalan" has been a valuable source for me, of handsome and unique furniture and accessories from around the world. Some items I have sourced there have become the inspiration for entire rooms. A pair of African tribal doors for instance, has become a TV coverup in a living room. They also carry a great line of upholstery that has great style, and short production times. This helps us make our deadlines while meeting our clients expectations. I have collaborated with Bruce Platt the owner, for over a decade, and have always enjoyed his professionalism and talent.
