We are extremely satisfied with the work Infinite Home did for us on the additions and improvements to our home and we highly recommend them. They are honest and accountable, accessible and responsive. Our newly renovated home is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We added a family room with upstairs bonus room and an extra garage bay. We also moved the front entrance and rearranged interior walls to take advantage of some unused space for closets and better flow throughout. We replaced all flooring and ceilings and painted the interior and exterior so we essentially have a "new” house. Infinite Home is a turn-key operation with an in-house architect, designers, and a team of construction supervisors, one of whom was on our jobsite almost daily. We experienced very little delay during the project as IH has a group of subcontractors they have worked with for many years. We received daily logs and photos of the work that had been done. Any hitches along the way were resolved promptly and fairly as far we were concerned.

Infinite Home exceeded every expectation during our renovation project. Working with a true design-build firm made the entire process incredibly smooth. Infinite Home handled everything—from the initial design concepts to the final finishing touches—which took a lot of stress out of the project. My husband and I hired Infinite Home to do a gut renovation of our new home in Suwanee. I cannot say enough incredible or wonderful things about my experience working with their entire team. We knew anyone tackling this project would be facing a difficult challenge, as we were renovating our home in Georgia while still living in Hawaii. From the very beginning, they were thoughtful and intentional during our conversations, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt part of the process even from so far away. From walkthroughs, to blueprints, to pricing, to construction, everything was open, honest and transparent, and we truly felt like we could place a significant amount of trust in them as a company. Good communication is priceless, especially in large-scale projects like ours, and we very much appreciated our ability to send off an email or call in with questions or thoughts, and feel heard immediately. Not to mention, we were also incredibly pleased with how everything turned out! We touched nearly every square inch of our house, got rid of some stairs, relocated a laundry room and completely flipped the floor plan of our kitchen, among many other projects. It was not a small job! But they knocked it out of the park, and we are SO HAPPY in our new home. We especially appreciated our designer, Lauren - who helped us figure out the look and feel we wanted, and spent many hours finding just the right details and finishes for literally everything from floor stains to toilet roll holders - and the site lead during construction, Ben - who sent us regular photo updates and kept all the moving pieces on track. David and Laurel helped us remodel our Brookhaven home. They helped us transform our house into a dream home by completely redoing the kitchen, powder room, primary bath, flooring all through the house, and even running new plumbing to get better water pressure. Everyone on the Infinite Home team was friendly, professional, reliable and responsive. Laurel and the design team brought us many ideas that we would have never considered and now can't live without. Even after we moved in and the project was complete, they had a team working on finishing touches and to make sure we were happy with every last detail. We bought an old 1960’s home that we knew we needed to “re-imagine”. We need to do the kitchen, laundry, and living spaces to really make it comfortable for our family. We reached out to a number of Design/Build firms but Infinite Home was the only one that didn’t try and sell us on their own vision for our home but took our vision and made it even better. We knew we didn’t want a white kitchen. Our previous home kitchen remodel was all white and we wanted something that felt different. The colors and design were perfect and feel fresh and modern (we get so many compliments!). We spent a good bit of time on the layout: which walls open up, how much, how does it flow, etc. They were amazing during this process; giving us ideas and tips as well as incorporating our ideas into the design to really make it our own And the whole team was a true joy to work with. During construction, half our house was torn apart and we were living in a couple bedrooms on the other side of the house but the whole crew went out of their way to help us, make us as comfortable as possible, and adjusted things to keep us sane. Chuck, our project manager, was like an extension of our family for 4 months. My kids would get up and go look out the window for his red truck every morning at 7am. And after the project they’ve been great -- following up to see how things are going, if we are having any issues, etc. Truly amazing. Can’t say enough about our experience. This was project #1. But we are already planning our project #2 with Infinite Home.

I engaged Infinite Home after seeing the marvelous renovation they completed on my neighbor's home. After living in our home for eight years it needed a complete overhaul to entice a new breed of buyers. Laurel, David and their incredible team did a remarkable job "updating" the entire house including floors, walls, fixtures, refinishing cabinetry and more! They kept to budget, stayed on time and were a delight to work with. And did I mention I was out of state the entire time! Highly recommend.

Our first experience with Infinite Home and it will not be our last. As we set out to update all of the shared space in our home we knew it was a big job and needed professional help. David and Laurel, with there team of well trained staff, were just what we needed. Every aspect of the jobs were inspected by their staff and attention to detail was above our expectation. With their help we incorporated many ideas that have allowed us a more efficient use of space and energy. When the unexpected challenges popped up they handled each one as if it were just a normal part of a renovation. The timely manner in which the work was done, even with the additional work we keep adding to the list was wonderful. Everyone that walks into the renovated rooms comment on the flow and how it is how it should have always been. David and crew catch every little things that might not be perfect and have it corrected and Laurel with her wonderful eye for design makes sure the look is flawless. The office staff makes sure you are always aware of time schedules of contractors and make sure that your messages get delivered in a timely manner.

The Infinite Home team did an amazing job! We hired them to reconstruct our home after some major storm damage. They rebuilt our master suite (bed, bath and closet) and made some additional improvements in the main areas of our home while reconstructing the damaged areas. The entire team was professional, responsive, organized, and delivered top quality work. David and Laurel have good design sense and helped us select finishes to achieve the look we wanted within a reasonable budget. They offered up suggestions but were also open to alternatives I found on my own. The construction team had great attention to detail all the way through post-construction cleanup. Infinite Home really delivered a sweet ending getting us back in our home after a harrowing process dealing with the storm damage. I highly recommend their work!

How do you turn an outdated garden tub and small shower into a signature master bath shower? You hire Infinite Home and collaborate with their design expertise. Together a 4'x10' space was transformed into a tiled shower experience with (3) body sprays, rainfall shower head, separate hand shower and heated bench. All glass wall and a river bed of pebbles from one drain to another. All hardware and tile selections blended perfectly to make this a signature feature of our home.

I have worked with Laurel and David of Infinite Home on 2 remodeling projects over the past 5 years. Both experiences were wonderful. They were very upfront about the cost and allowed for collaboration to match my style and needs. The first project was large encompassing the entire downstairs of our home. Each day the house was left as neat and clean as possible despite the necessary construction mess! The second project was a master bath. Laurel and David were wonderful to work with during our basement renovation. They accommodated our unique scheduling requests to phase our project over time. We initially approached 6 contractors to bid our project and it was clear from the onset that David had the most innovated vision of how to best use the space and provide everything that we wanted. Laurel has a sharp eye for design and is a perfect compliment to David's work. The use of Houzz, Pinterest, and other design sites provided additional creative ideas that they were quick to incorporate into our unique space. The BuildTools was a great way to keep us up to date on budgeting or scheduling changes. We have already recommended Infinite Home to three of our neighbors with confidence they'll be as satisfied as we are with our basement.

Major expansion of house. Added large 17' x 16' sun room with see thru fireplace and vaulted cypress ceiling, enlarged kitchen. Added large covered porch with cypress ceiling. Added 15' x 9' storage room in back of house. Added stone work that ties all of these additions together. All this work involved new roof line. Many other things were added but are not seen such as new electrical switches, ceiling fans, new windows on entire house, painting entire house, all new gutters with buried drainage. My house is on a golf course.

David and Laurel recently helped us complete an $80k foyer remodel in our church. We literally gutted the place and started over. Our process included new flooring, a cafe' rebuild including plumbing and electrical redesign, lighting and several design decisions which they helped me with. We could not have had a better experience. I loved being able to follow our budget, timeline, etc through the use of their BuildTools on-line management system. I had access to it at all times. Also, I deeply appreciated that when we ran into an issue with one of the contractors regarding work that had not been done to our satisfaction, David worked as a liaison to ensure the project was redone to perfection, keeping us in the loop on the whole process. David and Laurel both command a sense of excellence that is not always found in the contractor world. I would highly recommend them for any project.

I had a pretty strict budget for a renovation that included Demo, Tile, Plumbing, electrical, a new roof, and a few odds ends. My name is Reginald Johnson, long time client and now friend of David Mullikin. David and I met during one of the most stressful and busiest times of my life. I hired David to take on the resposiblitly of building a house for me that I thought to be one of the most beautiful floor plans I had ever seen. So, of course this was my baby!!! And for those that know me....I can be pretty anal about the details and a big micro manager on top of that. Now imagine this big, beautiful, detailed, dream home, and me. lol. Lets just say, David made my dreams come true without my blood pressure going up. He managed to exceed my expectations in every way possible on that project. And is why I will continue to call on him and his network of professionals when ever i need anything from smallest of small projects to the large ones. When a faulty drain pipe flooded my home I was distraught about the extent of the damages. It was clear that all of the flooring in my home would need to be replaced along with some cabinetry and drywall. I started by calling the first contractor recommended by my insurance agency. This contractor did a fine job handling the water damage, but was ill-prepared to guide me through the detailed process of restoring my home. When he told me he planned to pick-up replacement cabinetry at Home Depot without asking for my preference on replacement products, I realized that allowing a carpet-cleaning company to redesign my home was probably not the best idea. Without Infinite Home I would have had little to no control over the process of restoring my home. Infinite Home turned a disappointing circumstance into an opportunity to improve and update our home. David started by reviewing the actual damages to my house, comparing the damage with my insurance claim. David and I agreed that my insurance adjustor was mostly fair with the amount he allotted for replacement items, but David found a few details the adjustor missed. After sharing those details with my adjustor, my adjustor decided to send me an additional check that totaled over one thousand dollars. Once I’d received the total claim amount from my adjustor, David helped to create a plan for the renovations. We began by focusing on what needed to be done, but quickly transitioned into what could be done. With our budget as the only boundary, David described possibilities for the renovation I’d not even imagined. After our conversation I realized that David’s goal was not mere replacement, but dramatic improvement of our home. It is rare to find a contractor in the restoration business who is comfortable talking about design and style. Most contractors lack creativity and, if a material can’t be found at Home Depot, they often don’t know it exists. David understands that building materials should be both durable and beautiful, and his work is customized to fit the taste of each customer. David helped me to select flooring and cabinetry that complimented my appreciation for contemporary design. He accessed multiple vendors (one in particular was on the other side of town) to get me the best price on the best looking materials available. He uses cutting-edge software that kept me informed through every phase of the project. David gave me a login and password that allowed me to see every detail of our budget. Even better, it alerted me via email when a change was made to the budget. On several occasions I received notification that I’d been issued a refund because a particular material was purchased at a lower price than originally quoted. When we came in under budget he passed the savings directly on to me. His approach made the entire process transparent and interactive. When the project was complete I ended up with more than what I’d lost in the flood. My floors were now covered with beautiful, genuine wood flooring instead of cheap laminate. My old cabinetry was replaced with contemporary-looking modern cabinetry with far more storage space. A sleek-looking tile backdrop was installed on the wall above the new cabinets to complete the renovation. I am so thankful that Infinite Home was there when I needed them. What began as an emergency restoration project turned into a beautiful renovation thanks to Infinite Home.
