Haus Glass

We spent a long time researching local companies to install our windows and sliding doors and Haus Glass were highly recommended by our friends. Our showroom visit was very useful and informative and found them to be competitive on pricing. We are pleased that our installation went very well and we too will be recommending.

Nightmare experience with Haus Glass. The doors were not sealed properly on installation leading to our new floor screed being soaked along the length of our new sliding doors. Each call to them has been met with reluctance. When the problem first arose and pictures were sent, Haus Glass tried to put the problem down to condensation streaming off the windows. A fitter was sent to repair the doors but almost 4 months after installation the screed adjacent to the doors is still not dry and Haus Glass will not inspect again for another week (after 4 days of chasing). Totally and utterly dissatisfied with their response and lack of appreciation that their failings have delayed us moving home by over 7 weeks and counting.

Haus Glass are an Accredited Supplier of Origin. We could not be happier with the relationship that we have to date. They are incredibly professional and offer a fantastic level of service to their customers. We will continue to support their needs and we also look forward to working closely together in the future...we could not recommend them enough.
