I can't say enough good things about Harrell Remodeling. Reputable, responsible, responsive, thorough, professional, the list of positive qualities could go on forever. We hired Harrell Remodeling for a rather large remodel using Gloria Carlson of Harrell as our designer. Everything went incredibly well. Some highlights: for a whole house remodel Harrell was able to procure the necessary permits in less than one week. On a seven month project, with change orders, Harrell finished within fourteen days of the end date they gave us at the start of the project. Harrell stands by the price they quote you. When Harrell found unexpected asbestos in one of the old materials they were demolishing they covered the cost of the remediation at no expense to us as the remediation was not included in the original job quote. Every step of the way the Harrell team did A+ quality work down to the finest details. At the conclusion of the job, even the smallest detail finishing touches were dealt with within two weeks or less. Additionally, once the job is finished Harrell stands by their work. They guarantee their work and the few tiny issues that cropped up (truly minor issues like drawers needing minor adjustments or small paint touch ups for example) were taken care of within days. You would think that a seven month whole house remodel would be very stressful but our experience, working with Harrell, was incredibly stress-free. If we need work done on the house in the future I will hire Harrell again. We highly recommend Harrell.

I can't believe how smoothly our remodel went. From the initial design consultation to the final walk-through, everything was a breeze. Our designer, Sara, worked with us to come up with the perfect kitchen and master bath design. The construction crew was incredibly respectful of the house and worked great with all of our requests to make sure our cats were kept safe during the process. They immediately alerted us to any issues that arose during the project and were great at coming up with solutions that made us totally happy. The best part about it? They finished on schedule! Not only did they finish on time, but they've kept in touch with us after the project to make sure that we are still 100% satisfied. I would recommend Harrell to anyone looking to do a remodeling project.

Worked with the "Harrell Care" division - we didn't take down walls or do a major remodel. What we did, I should say what THEY did, was take a small U-shaped kitchen with no dishwasher, dismal lighting, and zero counter space, and transform it into a workable space that's a great place to cook a meal, and then sit down and eat it! Everything was done on time, and if there were issues they were corrected immediately. I am happy with my new kitchen.

We needed to update our galley kitchen in the fall, before the year end holidays. Harrell delivered as promised, 9 weeks from start to finish, in time for Halloween. Two key aspects of the project exceeded our expectations: The new kitchen was not only a major ergonomic improvement, but it was also a show piece aesthetically. The customer relationship management was superior to any we've had - always responsive and willing to work together to overcome unexpected problems along the way. Harrell is a great choice if you value the experience as well as the end product.

We recently used Harrell Remodeling for a kitchen remodel that ended up spilling over into our family room/dining area and hallway. We could not have been more pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. I needed to find a full-service company since I live 240 miles from the home that needed a remodel out of the 70's. Our designer helped me (in person and by phone) with every aspect of redoing 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, and family room. She was professional, patient and helpful and kept me up-to-date on what was happening. Project Manager Kai was equally helpful and worked with all the sub-contractors who were all held to Harrell's standards of respect for any in-house tenants, good practices, quality work & thorough cleanup. It was an expensive project, but I have to say that I got what I paid for!

How much time to do you have? I can't say enough good things about Gloria, Kristen, and Paco and the work they did on my bathroom. What started out as a leaky faucet ended up being a total tear down (I asked you how much time you had...) and has resulted in a total transformation of my town home. Gloria was great to work with, and incorporated my ideas with her design in a very collaborative way. When I couldn't precisely describe what I wanted, she let me do some shopping on my own and easily incorporated my purchases. I left all the construction details in Kristen's very capable hands -- and never worried about a thing. She made sure that my two cats were well-taken-care-of, and insisted that all the subcontractors did the same. Paco is a master carpenter and took so much care with every little detail. I have never done this kind of project before, and after all the horror stories you hear about building projects and contractors, I was a bit nervous. However, with the folks from Harrell, I had nothing to fear, and am delighted with the results. The process felt long -- but well worth it, and I can't even remember my old bathroom, and the results were beyond my expectations (and I don't say that very often!). I would have given Harrell a sixth star if possible and would recommend them without hesitation.

We hired Harrell Remodeling to estimate the cost to design, material cost, permit costs, and construction cost for our kitchen, bath and bed room remodeling project. One of their top project managers was assigned to help us through the 7 month project. We enjoyed seeing several design rendering that met our requests. We selected most of the materials from granite type and colors, fixtures, floor materials, paint colors that all fit together with our design consultant. The design, permit process, material orders and construction were done according to the gant schedule a bit more than our budget, but the end result was very satisfactory. Harrell Remodeling team followed up several times after the project to check for any defects. Job well done!
