Glickman Schlesinger Architects ("GSA") designed and drafted a museum quality art gallery space for us. The $1 million 4,000 SF facility included back office operations and required electrical, HVAC, and lighting design as well. All engineering, construction and NYC permitting and inspections were managed professionally and efficiently by GSA. GSA was flexible and responsive to our requests. It was a pleasure to work with the firm. We highly recommend GSA for any of your design and/or architecture needs.

We loved working with Adam and Lauren as our architects. Young, hip, parents to similar aged children, they really understood our needs and desires as a young family who wanted a home that was aesthetically beautiful but also truly live-able. They were practical with great taste in decor and design. Easy to talk with, responsive, professional, stylish and kind!

Total transformation of two Tudor City apts., from traditional conservative to hyper chic. Lauren and Adam are wizards at re-envisioning space with an amazing combination of practicality and beauty. Attention to detail, care for the work, new and fresh ideas and a top notch style and taste. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, closet space, floors, woodwork, flow, lighting, A/V, all woven together into a showcase apt. that is a pleasure to walk into on a daily basis (and show off to friends and family).

GSDO renovated our 3-bedroom Manhattan condo with new kitchen, three bathrooms, built-ins, doors and other elements. The result was fabulous. Every room ties together; and the design is flawless. We wanted modern but not severely so; we wanted functionality and got a kitchen with a place for everything; we wanted modern bathrooms with colorful tiles and we wanted much better lighting throughout. We are so happy living in our new space. As for GSDO's professionalism, Lauren had great taste, was kind, smart, observant, a great listener, and patient with us first-time renovators. We highly recommend GSDO.

We did an extensive owner duplex townhouse renovation wherein the use of the floors were flipped (living space moved upstairs, bedrooms downstairs). We also added 2 bedrooms to now have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath space (was 1 bed / 2 bath). Their suggestions unlocked the potential of the house and transformed our living experience. We get so much light in our living space now and walk into an expansive living/dining area that allows us to see and enjoy the outdoor space from our main floor. The downstairs/basement where there is less light and height is now so much more suited to sleeping. With professional hires, I've always found that most have a tendency to nickel and dime or up charge especially with change orders. Lauren and Adam were especially generous with their time and talent while staying within budget. No question or concern was too small and I really am extremely thankful that you've connected us with them. We are looking to do phase 2 (outdoors!) and will definitely hire them again. As to be expected, there were a few curve balls throughout the project all were handled extremely well by Lauren and Adam. I really felt they cared and owned the relationship with the contractor. With changes through the project I also felt they treated us fairly and with respect. They were always on top of our questions and were good at communication, especially Lauren. We had a tight budget and they offered creative solutions that worked within our constraints.
