We have hired Fratantoni Design to do our construction and interior design on our new home. We are 6 months into our project and we feel so blessed that their company is in charge. Sam and Josie and their associates are so professional and knowledgeable. We are very excited that we have contracted this company to do our house. We feel that all of our needs are being met and our expectations have been exceeded by their company. It is a joy to work with everyone at Fratantoni Design.

If you are looking for a first-class organization to work with, then you have found the right spot and will see nothing less than all of your interior design dreams come true. This is the 3rd home that I have built and I have never experienced this level of professionalism or this level of creativity ever! When we started this home I had a certain level of expectation and needless to say my expectations have been greatly exceeded.

Do not do business with this company. They want you to sign a contract BEFORE they tell you what they will charge you! Utterly shocking! Spoke with a rep to obtain answers about the cost of an interior home project. The rep did not address my questions. When I asked her if she could provide the answers to my questions she rudely stated that I was not listening. I asked once more for her to answer a simple question about the cost of a home the company had already built. At this point she she uttered a few words and hung up! I have never been treated so unkindly, rudely, and without reasonable courtesy. This review is to let the company know that the person representing them should be removed. If they can continue to lose $2+ million dollar contracts, so be it. Until they hire courteous, professional, and knowledgable representatives, STAY AWAY!

After reviewing the conversation, we understand what our representative was trying to convey regarding your interest in recreating the French Villa design.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we’re unable to provide an exact cost for a home that has not yet been built. Every project we undertake is unique and tailored to our clients' specific preferences, location, materials, labor, design complexity, and a variety of other factors. While existing homes can certainly serve as inspiration, no two homes we build are exactly alike.

Our representative’s intent was to explain how our pricing structure works once a client enters into a design-build agreement with us, and we sincerely apologize if that message was not communicated clearly or respectfully.

As a relationship-driven, family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the luxury home industry, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of service and craftsmanship to our clients. When we first decided to build our home in Hawaii we were discouraged to find that the local architects weren’t quite what we were looking for. Luckily, my wife and I found Fratantoni Design!! We were a little hesitant at first with the idea of hiring an architect in a different state, but Sam and his team quickly put our minds at ease. From accommodating to our time difference to speedy revisions over email, they have gone above and beyond any expectation we had in regards to working with an architect. Their big portfolio of homes also drew us into hire them! We highly recommend hiring Fratantoni Design, they turned our dream into a reality and we are so thankful!
