Evolve Architects

I had hired Evolve Architects to design my apartment building in Bengaluru, India. I was happy with their work. They have been timely , professional and responsive and have worked closely from initiation to completion of the project a few months ago.

I have utilized the services of Mr Rahman of Evolve Architects, Bangalore and am happy about my choice. We consulted with him right from conceptualization to completion. He made regular site visits and was a support throughout the process. He was also involved in the procurement of materials and customization of the interiors based on our specific needs. All in all satisfied with the project outcome as a whole.

I was scouting for good architects to built my dream home starting from jan 2015, one of my professional contacts reffered me to Architect Rahman in nov 2015. I finally got what i was looking for. Rahman and his team are dedicated professionals who dint stop supporting me till i got what i wanted. I finally decided to hand over my dream home to Rahman, I was very nervous initially and my confidence built up as the work progressed and finally i could see a marvellous dream come true on jan 2018. We wish Evolve architects a very successful journey ahead.

I had first contacted Evolve Architects through the web and after a few rounds of discussions with Rahman, decided to go with him even though I was planning my new house after a year later. He is a very pleasing personality to work with and has loads of patience. We had to work with multiple plans based on several inputs on our requirements. Finally, we had zeroed down to a specific plan and started the project but had to change again, due to changes in the site requirements for which he readily obliged and came up with a new plan. The requirement was to keep it simple and rustic with clean straight lines with loads of natural light. He liaised with my contractor in all the aspects viz., Structural, Aesthetics, Routing lines seamlessly and I never had any sort of delays in having the plans. Some of the site-specific issues were sorted out during the routine visits and the work progressed as expected and completed on time. He was particularly helpful in helping source some of the materials required during the finishing stages. His inputs were prompt and straight which helped minimize our confusions enough to channelize into reality. Overall, we were happy with the result and much adulated by everybody. We thank him for giving us a design that we really cherish. It’s now more than 2 years that we moved in and we feel truly “At Home “every day.

My family engaged this firm of architects a little over two years ago to design a three-storey family home in the neighbourhood of Indiranagar, Bangalore, India. The land had been in my inlaws' family for almost 40 years - my husband had grown up in the house that stood on this land. A couple of years ago, my parents-in-law and their two children made the decision to demolish the house and construct a three-storey home - one apartment per floor, one for each family. Since my inlaws had first bought the land, the neighbourhood, and especially the main street on which our land was located, had gone through so many changes as to be almost unrecognisable. What had once been a sleepy suburb on the eastern edge of town with hardly any houses had, since the early years of the millennium, become a bustling commercial area - with plenty of offices and banks - and one of the most 'happening' parts of town, with the trendiest restaurants, lounges, microbreweries, and global high street brands. The challenge for the architects was to design a building that fit in with its commercial surroundings but still retained enough warmth to be instantly identifiable as a home. We wanted the elevation to have clean lines, few architectural flourishes, and maximum functionality, but hoped it would still stand out for its elegance. On the inside, while all three families agreed on the overall plan, each wanted their floor / apartment customised to their needs. I am happy to state quite unequivocally that Evolve Architects - and particularly its chief architect Mr Rahman - did a marvellous job of incorporating everything we articulated, and several things we did not, into the final plan and elevation of the house. They were patient, professional, resourceful, and cheerfully accommodating when we changed our minds about something, They worked closely with us to design a beautiful family home that looked great from the outside when it was finished six months ago, and now that we've lived here six months, works great on the inside too. I would highly recommend Evolve Architects to anyone who is looking for a professional outfit with not only great ideas of its own but the ability to truly listen to its clients and incorporate their wants and needs into the final design.
