Evolution Design + Build completely remodeled our kitchen and living room and did an amazing job. We bought a 60s ranch style house in Annandale which needed a major makeover. Evolution Design + Build helped us think through the renovation step by step...from tearing down walls, cabinetry, flooring, lighting, etc. With their guidance, we ended up selecting this mod black and white concrete tile for our backsplash, which makes our kitchen incredibly stylish and unique. Everything was completely on time and within budget. We’re still loving everything about this renovation two years later. Highly recommend Evolution Design + Build!

I hired Evolution Design & Build for a complete kitchen, mudroom, family room, dining room and foyer renovation. The kitchen renovation included a 170 fsq. ft. addition to the home. We opted to add additional space to our basement so we added an additional ~170 sq. ft. down there as well. Dean Turner--owner, was a joy to work with. On the front end of the project he explained the entire process (from design to completion). Once we broke ground, Dean was onsite every day. He alleviated any of our concerns by being always available via phone or text. He did a great job of executing the project on time and on budget. As a homeowner, you want to be able to trust the contractor you have chosen for your project. Dean is a great communicator who keeps you in the know, every step of the way. We would certainly recommend Dean for any of our friend's home improvement projects while at the same time would use Dean again for an additional project down the road.

Evolution Design + Build remodeled our master bathroom this past Spring - a complete gut of the old bathroom, down to the studs and sub-floor. The quote we received was very thorough and detailed, all costs were very transparent and easy to understand. The job came in right on budget, with very little in the way of change orders. The crew that was used were all very professional and experienced and the owner (Dean) was here as GC for the job to ensure all work was being completed correctly and as specified. Dean has good contacts at local plumbing, electric, tile and carpentry companies which made the selections process very easy. The final result is amazing! The bathroom looks like it belongs in an architectural magazine - we are very pleased with the high quality of the work and plan to use them again for our other 2 bathrooms.
