Etch Design Group helped us for over 2 years on our very extensive home addition and renovation. I have been constantly impressed with their level of communication, attention to detail and customer service. As someone who also works in the home customer service business (realtor) I have high expectations for communication with clients and systems and I was very impressed. They truly cared about delivering the best product and I always felt like they truly cared about our project and were invested in us personally. This group of designers is some of the best in the business. We've used them on multiple projects and I'm always excited to see what they come up with. I build spec homes so I typically send them some inspiration and then let their creativity take over. They never disappoint, thoughtfully creating unique designs I've never seen before. What a wonderful group of people! They made the interior design of a new house as easy as possible for an absolute neophyte to the process. I met with Jessica and Stephanie for my initial consult. Impressive from the start! I was working with an architect, but Stephanie took the lead on redesigning my floor plan to fit my vision. I really enjoyed working with Etch, specifically Gillian. She quickly understood what I wanted in my home and was able to deliver. She pushed me to try new colors or materials that I wouldn't have picked out and I loved all of her suggestions - she was always right! Gillian has impeccable attention to detail and an eye for quality, timeless designs. When there was something I felt strongly about or against, she was adaptable to my ideas. She was more than a designer, but also a project manager.. Gillian single-handedly kept our project from going off the rails (issues with the construction company), and kept the entire crew accountable to the timeline and specs we had agreed on.

Etch Design Group (Stephanie and Jessica) were and are AMAZING at EVERY ASPECT of my concept from start to finish! I don't say that lightly, it was my dream condo downtown, brand new at the Independent - and they WERE FABULOUS!!! Do yourself a favor and HIRE THESE GALS, period. Business smarts and creatively talented to they really GOT ME. (and I vetted twenty firms). AM SO PLEASED with my outcome - thanks ladies! And Mimi Wittstruck (who has opened her own shop) was superb as their acolyte!! Mimi has since moved on and CANNOT recommend her enough either. 12 stars out of ten for the trio!!

This was not our first remodel to complete with the Etch team but each remodel has been near seamless, which is a major accomplishment with any renovation project. I would give more stars if I could! Etch Design Group saved my home remodel more times than I can count. They provided help with everything from floor plans to lighting plans to fixture selections to paint colors to furniture and more. I would never have been able to complete a remodel without their help and guidance. They have impeccable tastes that seem to be flexible enough to cater to so many different styles (they also decorated our friend's home before ours). They are insanely organized and on top of every detail. Etch also provided an amazing level of service and always made time to attend meetings or answer questions whenever necessary. Stephanie and Jessica did an amazing job designing my chiropractic office. We did a full remodel of an older daycare. They were very good at giving me the right amount of options so that I felt like I had choices but didn't feel overwhelmed. My space looks very professional and warm. Best money spent! I love decorating and remodeling. I appreciate many different styles, colors and looks, yet every time I have tried to pull our look together it has ended up in disaster. I have painted various rooms 3-4 times, rearranged the furniture and bought new furniture but somehow something always felt missing or wrong.
