Built a complex lake home over a two year period. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I interviewed 10 other contractors before choosing Eagle Mtn. Minimal issues since completing the project. Part of the length of the project was two very heavy snow winters limited access to the property. Larry, who has since retired, was critical in setting up the project.

I worked with Eagle Mountain on the Casa Bella Development. They built a state-of-the-art Tuscan model home to showcase the aesthetic of the future homes to be built. I would highly recommend them as a premiere builder in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area.

Eagle Mountain built our 4600 sq. ft. home. They were very maticulous in the details of the house and if something wasn't right they would fix it no charge. It was a very good experience to work with them. You was part of the team which made your home a piece of Eagle Mountains excellent construction and finish work, but had your on personal identities in your home. The added plus is they are always there to make sure they are part of that personal gaurantee of a excellent quality house into the future.

We've built five custom homes over the past 35 years. The last of these homes will be completed in Spring 2014 by Eagle Mountain Homes on Spokane's South Hill. My experience with home building goes back even further. I grew up in a family of home builders...my father and three uncles build homes in the Seattle/Bellevue area. Having seen/lived the construction process up close and experienced home construction first hand, five times, I believe I'm well qualified to evaluate construction companies, their process and the finished product. In real estate they talk about the most important factor being, location, location, location...in home building, I believe it's all about Quality...the Integrity/Quality of the Company/staff you hire and the Quality/Workmanship of the sub-contractors, who perform the work. Eagle Mountain's subs are outstanding, not one weak link. They have obviously incorporated the best craftsman, in the area, into their building process. Eagle Mountain Homes is simply the best custom home builder we've experienced...by far. Eagle Mountain's staff is terrific to work with...knowledgeable, honest, straight forward and they pay attention to details. Eagle Mountain Homes is in the process of building our custom home in Southeast Spokane County. They have been courteous and professional to work with and have hired some of the best subcontractors in our area. We are very excited to move in to our new home this summer!
