Dura Supreme Cabinetry

We recently remodeled our primary bathroom and had Dura make the cabinetry. The cabinetry itself was generally fine, however our vanity drawers had to be remade 3x because the dimensions were wrong and would not close all the way. This seemed to be primarily the fault of the designer we were working with who could not get the dimensions right. We started to lose confidence that our designer knew what they were doing and wanted them out of the picture, so we attempted to work with Dura directly, but Dura would not. It's Important to note that Dura is a Dealership business, which means YOU - the person paying for the cabiniets - are NOT their customer. The designer at the dealsership is their customer. When we contacted Dura they would not help us and explained that the designer was their customer so we'd have to go back to them. Also, with each revision of the drawers, the very fastest Dura could fabricate and ship was 1 month. We would only work with a smaller cabinet maker that we could directly communicate with if we had to do this again.

I chose Dura Supreme cabinetry for our full kitchen remodel, and the results exceeded every expectation. The white oak frameless cabinet line brought a stunning visual elegance to our space, perfectly complementing our redesigned layout. Every detail from the clean lines to the rich finishes elevated the entire room. Seamless in manufacturing and great quality..

I recently purchased a full kitchen from Dura Supreme and was very disappointed with the overall quality and workmanship. Several items arrived damaged — including doors with chipped edges and panels with finish issues — and I was honestly surprised that these passed any kind of quality control. When I brought it to the attention of the Dura Supreme rep, the response was that it must have been damaged in shipping. However, many of these issues clearly originated during manufacturing, not transit. Even more frustrating, my entire remodel was delayed while I waited for replacements, and the rep made it clear that my timeline was not a priority. No credit or accommodation was offered despite the inconvenience and added cost. Given the premium price point of Dura Supreme, I expected much better attention to detail and quality assurance. I hope they take steps to improve their inspection process and product handling before items leave the factory.

The cabinets look great and work very well for me. Lot of options for add-ons. My junk drawer even looks organized now.

I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets from Dura Supreme's foil line. Unfortunately, the cabinets seem to have absorbed body and cooking oils (such as coconut, olive, and avocado) or the glue used in the product has seeped through. I followed the manufacturer's instructions and only used water to clean the cabinets. Despite regular cleaning, the cabinets have developed istains that cannot be removed. When I raised this issue with Dura Supreme and sent them a drawer front, they offered only a 50% discount on new fronts instead of fully honoring the warranty. I am disappointed with this level of customer service, especially after making a significant investment in their product, of ~30K. I am now hesitant to replace the fronts, as I am concerned that the new ones might also fail, and I would be left with additional expenses due to the manufacturer's mistake.

I built a new house in 2019 and had a massive kitchen with Dura Supreme cabinets which is what our builder recommended. We did inset painted cabinets they have not stood any test of time. For inset drawers, dura uses staples to plywood to mount the glides. These staples have become loose and failed in many of our cabinets requiring me to fix them with cabinet screws. In addition, our painted cabinets have multiple areas where the entire door or frame was not painted from the factory. I have renovated and built two kitchens before this using kraftmaid and then a custom manufacturer and dura has been the worst for quality.

So we got over $50,000 of Dura cabinetry. Most of it is OK quality, but not amazing. However, one cabinet had a bad panel. Weeks later they sent a replacement, which was not right. Now they're suggesting a patch solution - and it will still take them 4 weeks to get us the patch. Low quality, high prices, and general incompetence - that is Dura cabinetry

Unfortunately we've had a horrible experience with a bathroom vanity made by Dura Supreme and our dealer has been less than helpful. Cabinetry seems to have had little QC there are glue drips and the banding glue is squished out and not cleaned up. The center section of the vanity was made the wrong size, and it took almost a month longer than stated to get the replacement. Then we opened the replacement drawer bank and it didn't have the holes cut for the power outlet we were supposed to "swap".

I purchased Dura Supreme cabinetry for my Kitchen remodeling project. Because of some design challenges i needed some custom pieces to make my kitchen work properly. The options available along with the ability to modify my cabinets helped me create the kitchen of our dreams. I needed to talk to someone at the factory about a question i had and actually talked to a live person who was very helpful answering my questions. I would highly recommend Dura Supreme Cabinetry for any cabinet needs in your home.

I totally redid my kitchen the summer of 2023. It was a small 1970’s kitchen, and my designer did an excellent job of utilizing Dura Supreme Cabinetry to make my kitchen much more accessible and efficient. Dura Supreme Cabinets also provided pull out drawers that I now can’t live without - and special organizational features. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and very sturdy.

I love Dura Supreme Cabinetry! I have it in my personal home and love the quality and looks. We get so many compliments when people come over. I'm also a cabinet designer and think it's the best line to work with. Super easy, love the fact that I can so easily modify things and I believe it fits most people's needs/wants. Team Central is awesome and so helpful! Highly recommend :)

We are extremely satisfied with our new purchase. We used Dura Supreme in our new kitchen and the quality is excellent. We were very impress how meticulously packaged they were for shipping protection. We received a care kit with touch up material, extra door bumpers, and extra shelf pins. The cabinets were more beautiful than we could have imagined !!! 5 stars
