One of the best parts about working with Tim was the integrity and trust we had with him. We were building our home from a far, and Tim did an excellent job keeping us updated on progress and the budget. The craftsmanship and quality of work was outstanding, and overall we could not have been more pleased.

Tim Duey and his brother (Trevin) were the builders of our Deschutes House project in Bend, Oregon. They did an outstanding job with this difficult and demanding project. Tim is an excellent craftsman and takes the time to ensure high quality in every aspect of the project. Tim has done a fantastic job building a contemporary custom home that we designed here in Bend. I have been impressed with his ability to see the end of the project from the start, meaning he understands and anticipates how each detail and element of construction impacts the next. Tim is easy to work with and open to collaboration, while also bringing a wealth of experience in solid building practice. I am eager to work with him again and happy to recommend him to our clients.

Tim Duey (and his brother and crew) completed our amazing, high end, Earth-Advantage-Certified home in 2009 (824 NW Columbia Street) with every bell and whistle we wanted, and did so ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET! This was a real first for us. We are very hands-on people and might be considered a nuisance by some builders, but our every attempt to save on costs was tolerated and every construction concern was addressed (even my very last minute demand to add skylights right before the roofing was set to start.) Other well-seasoned builders would drop by during the build and invariably complimented the workmanship (Tim happens to be among the best framers in the industry.) We now have a home that is so well built that our energy bills are tiny while our comfort levels, in hot or cold weather, are the envy of everyone we know. It was a great experience.

As first time home-builders, we found Tim - and his entire team of skilled, qualified subcontractors - to be pleasant and respectful of our ideas and us.
