Design Harmony

Harmony did a great job supporting us in our large remodel of several bathrooms and other areas of our home. She helped us with the design of every room, as well as soft items after construction, while staying true to our home's style and our personal tastes. What I enjoyed most was that if you don't like something, you can tell her, and she will find an alternative, and there is no opinion or pushback on where you want to go with your design. Her team also did a good job working closely with the construction company to ensure all the finished work and products came out as expected in the designs.

We loved working with Harmony! Using the simple question, "How do you want to feel in this space?" instead of design vocabulary was an impactful point of departure. It underscores how she wanted to integrate our personality from the very beginning. She streamlined the overwhelming parts and proposed meaningful details which we often took. The best compliments we receive are when people say, "This house is so much more YOU"! We are grateful for her and the professional, dedicated, team of builders and contractors. She increased the personality, functionality, and beauty of our home. We are thrilled!

She is an award winning designer for a reason! We have worked together on many projects and she always takes the same level of care with each project. She takes great care of her clients!

I loved working with Harmony on bringing to life the living areas of our new home! Harmony made the daunting process of making decisions and selections so much easier. She had novel ideas, including some I was at first a little weary of but have ended up loving! We worked with Harmony to redesign most of our 1920's craftsman home after it was fire-damaged. We appreciated her willingness to work with our challenging project and evolving ideas and circumstances. We worked with Harmony on a whole house- down to the studs remodel and it was a wonderful experience. In fact, her personal kitchen that we had seen on Houzz was the reason we contacted her in the first place when interviewing designers. My husband and I are very hands on and like to do our due diligence and see all the options in regards to design choices, but also need a "guiding voice" which Harmony and her team provided every step of the way. She helped us use our budget where it mattered most and gave real world advice that was invaluable. She also was very accommodating to working with our own contractor and some items that we supplied ourselves and had great tradespeople when we needed it. A few years later we sold that beautiful house and worked with Harmony again on a large kitchen and bath remodel. While we did not move forward past the design phase with that project (a subsequent move changed our plans) we would not hesitate working with her in the future.

Harmony and her team created a beautiful nursery for our daughter. From the beginning, they were very professional and easy to work with. They were always available for questions, open to changes in the design (we made some tweaks to the initial room design), and communicated everything, from changes in paint colors to when subs were scheduled, etc. They were also very organized which was super awesome! We had only one small hiccup with a sub and Harmony and her team took care of it no questions asked. We also worked with her again to finish off our entry and living/kitchen/dining room and to this day these rooms and my daughter's room are our favorite rooms in the house. Looking forward to working with her again!
