We had the pleasure of working with Dee on total renovations of both our master bath and guest bathroom. Dee is a delight to work with and she made the entire process as streamlined as possible. She showed great creativity in presenting potential materials, designs layouts, fixtures and colors. Just as important, she obtained top notch contractors and sub-contractors who likewise helped make this rather large project proceed smoothly. With Dee’s expertise, advice and hands-on approach our project resulted in two unique and beautiful bathrooms using creative materials that we would never would have been able to envision on our own. We enjoy the results of Dee’s work daily and often comment that using the master bath is a spa-like experience. We highly recommend Dee Hurford designs.

Dee is the absolute best designer I’ve worked with. Dee’s vision and creativity are fabulous. Dee never made me feel like her word was the end all and be all. She spent a lot of time talking to me about my vision and what I would like for my home. She came up with great ideas and then we worked together on deciding if these ideas would work for me. Our project was a pretty large one - a new kitchen and family room, movement of our laundry area to another room in the house, and a bedroom improvement. We could not have done it without Dee Hurford. Dee researched contractors and found us one that was terrific. She helped to keep them on track and was a true asset when questions arose. This was my first experience using a decorator. The double parlor of our 200 year old farmhouse needed updating, and I needed help dealing with all the windows and doors. We had hardly used one of the parlors because I couldn’t figure how to place the furniture to create two areas that flowed into each other. Not only did Dee create the perfect design, but she also came up with a beautiful color scheme. I kept about half of my existing peices. Dee made all the reupholstry arrangements, which turned out beyond expectations. She saw to the ordering, delivery, and set-up of everything else. We hired Dee Hurford designs for our home interior decor. Dee was very professional and yet friendly. We felt that she was part of our family and had helped us with all the decor and design selections like wall colors, window treatments, appropriate rugs size and colors, furniture sizes and placement. She helped us even after the project completion and we are still in touch with her. Gem of a person ! Dee Hurford was the fourth designer I turned to when I decided to redo our 12 year old master bathroom. I am glad I chose her. Our former builder-grade bath is now a beautiful, modern-looking bathroom. Dee understood quickly what style I wanted. She made good suggestions, brought me samples to approve, and posted options on Houzz. I didn't have to spend time going to showrooms. She quickly organized several contractors to give quotes, and together we decided which to use. Best of all, Dee worked within the budget I set.
