We worked with Debra and Haley on the design for an extensive remodel and addition to our new home. They are incredibly talented and we couldn't be happier with the design- it meets all of our needs, is architecturally appropriate for the neighborhood, and maximizes the use of the lot. We purchased a home in the Scottsdale area and were looking to do some internal renovations. We reside in Dallas, TX and were able to get a recommendation that pointed us toward Debra and her firm Designlink Architecture and Interiors. When we met Debra, at our AZ home, we were able to articulate to her what our "vision' was and she was able to take it from there and help us bring that vision to reality. Debra was able to help us put together an architectural plan and in fact she was able to go beyond that by helping us visualize, on paper, what other options we might consider. Post the architectural design faze, Debra and Haley were able to help us make all of our decor/design selections. They met us as various store locations, to help assist us with that process, which we found exceptionally helpful. Finally, Debra and her team were able to help us bid out and select a contractor for our project. Overall, we were not disappointed with our choice to hire Debra, Given we are managing this process from Dallas, having Debra and her firm involved through every step of this process has been exceptionally helpful. We would make the same choice again.

I have been working with Debbie and her staff for the past few months on a remodel on our home in Scottsdale AZ. From concept to design she has reimagined our home in ways I never would have dreamed.We are going from a territorial style to a more modern design . From the windows to exterior elevation changes she has created a totally different look that works beautifully on our lot. Debbie has many resourcess where to shop and I like the fact that so many of her ideas do not break the bank. She has introduced me to her many contractors and they have all been awesome. We could not be happier with our experience with Debbie and her team at Design Link. Debbie was able to give us a wonderful design to make our current home our dream home. We are able to make all of the changes within the footprint of our existing home-and we are going from a 3 bed 2.5 half bath plus office to a 4 bed, 4 bath with a larger office-no easy task!

I should have known when she emailed me every other day to see if I made a decision that something wasn't right. What ended up happening is designLink tried sneaking into her contract a way to make it seem she was affordable, but actually charging nearly 2x as anyone else. When you dispute it, she takes you to court. As of right now, the judgement has me paying for her services and I have no documents.

We had a complete remodel of our retail space. Debbie and her amazing team kept us on track throughout the entire process. It was critical to be done by our deadline date in order to not lose sales as we were closing our other location. The Designlink Team brought us so many ideas that were exactly what we wanted. Ideas I never would have thought would work together did. For example, we decided on a brick wall that shows off our apparel beautifully. I could not be happier with the new design and I wouldn't change a thing.

Debra gave us some very good ideas on our renovation. Our home was originally built in the 1970's, and our home now is updated. She had windows installed that were larger, and this gave a completely new look. She was able to obtain beautiful granite at a reduced cost. She was available to supervise our renovation while we were absent. Overall, we were pleased.

Debra Weisberg, DesignLink Architecture & Planning, was the principal architect for the remodel of our home in 2014-2015. We selected Debra and DesignLink over several other architectural firms primarily because we felt that Debra's vision on how to achieve our desired goals was superior to that of the other firms. Our decision turned out to be the correct one. Debra's pricing was competitive; her fee proposal was broken down by task and time for easy evaluation and discussion. She made herself available to review both the pricing and the contract prior to the final signatures. The drawings and other contract documents were produced professionally and on-time. Debra made herself available to go over each set of construction drawings with us prior to issuing them on a formal basis. She was a huge asset in obtaining the City of Scottsdale's approval of the initial contract documents and its issuance of the building permit. During the actual construction process, DesignLink was a critical party in all phases of the work. Debra visited the site often and promptly dealt with any architectural issues. We were happy to have her advice and availability on both design and construction questions. We hired Designlink Architecture to renovate our 1980's home. Nothing has been done since it had been built, and though the bones were good, it was dark, chopped up, with very poor room flow. Debra Weisberg, Architect, removed several walls and created new spaces for laundry, kitchen and master bathroom. Debra presented her proposal in such a manner that we knew exactly what our costs were going to be. No hidden costs. At our request, Designlink assisted us with the contractor's bid analysis. She then worked with the selected contractor throughout the entire remodel. We also utilized her interior decorating abilities. We found this internal capability a bonus.
