We have used Clinton as our architect for drawing of our plans and DA submission, to a known local council who is very tough with conservation and planning rules. Clinton and his team co-ordinated our plans from concept design to DA application and recently, the approval. Approval took a few months and we are most pleased with how he and his team have dealt with the many conditions the council threw at us and being able to come out on the other side very quickly, with the intended home design we wanted initially.

We engaged CplusC for an architectural design & renovation of a two story 1880s Vic terrace. We wanted a home that provided modern, open plan living spaces and accomm for my wife and I whilst allowing for accomm of guests and family when they visit. We also wanted to maintain features of the Vic terrace. We worked with CplusC for 2 years on the actual design; it took that long for what was a FULL design/renovation. We continued with CplusC as the builder because of the relationship we’d built, the quality of their other builds and the proposed cost vs QS assessment of costs. The whole process from engagement through design and build exceeded our expectations. We’re actually sorry the project is completed because it means we won’t be working with the team at CplusC any longer. The result: an amazing home; it’s spacious, we ‘live’ on one level, plenty of entertainment space, ample guest accomm, fully automated and beautiful finishes (you do get what you pay for!!). CplusC: A+++!!!

We chose CPlusC to renovate our Newtown terrace because of their focus on sustainability, their general aesthetic, and commitment to quality. The benefits of having CPlusC as our Architect and Builder, meant that we were able to be more iterative in the design process, and some of the best design ideas came on site, during construction. The craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail across the project was stunning, both in materials, construction and service. Working with Clinton and his team is more like a partnership, and I am completely besotted with the end result. It's better than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend Clinton and his CPlusC team to anyone who wants an exceptional home.

What an amazing group of people to work with! Right from the beginning with our initial meeting and all the way through to build and completion, we were very happy to have worked with Clinton and his fantastic team at CplusC. The team did an amazing job with design and construction of a beautiful renovation which they did just on time and under budget. We received regular updates on the progress of the project, any concerns or queries we had were addressed promptly, and we always felt valued as a client. We cannot recommend CplusC highly enough!

CPlusC transformed our child care service located in a heritage building into a space with purpose. The addition of our art studio, communal eating area, decking space with timber shade structure increased flexibility while providing a beautiful architectural space for children and our community to enjoy. CPlusC had many challenges with this project including heritage requirements, regulatory restrictions, limited access and very tight time constraints. All of these challenges were managed professionally and seamlessly by the CPlusC team. They met all targets and were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend CPlusC for their innovation, professional approach and an ability to manage complexities creatively.

7 years ago, Clinton designed and built a house for our family that we loved then, love now and have no intention of ever moving from. He took a 100yr old house and transformed it for the next 100yrs. His care and attention throughout the design and build was excellent. We couldn't be happier with the look and quality of the house. His ideas of making the best use of light and Sydney weather in the design has totally worked. Timing-wise, things went according to plan for the most part. Budget-wise, we went over, but within reason, and the marginal cost over-run feels like an absolute bargain now.

We consulted with Clinton in early 2001 on the renovation of the family home that was built at the time iff Federation of which we were the 3rd Generation to occupy. It was to be a major renovation keeping the memories and heritage front of mind whilst delivering a functional, modern and striking living space. We had spoken to 3 other firms previous to Clinton and none fulfilled the brief and anywhere near our satisfaction. Upon our first meeting with Clinton, we were convinced that we had found the facilitator of the vision. His first sketches were warmly accepted and we gave him artistic licence to execute the brief. The quality of the design, workmanship, finish and communication was outstanding. The project was delivered on time (almost to the day) and to our total satisfaction. The relationship was tactile and rewarding. 16 years on, the house is as beautiful and striking as the day we moved back in. To say we are delighted would be an understatement. Thank you Clinton.

We found CplusC “on the “Internet” - and what a great find it was. We have been living in Hong Kong while our house was being built by CPlusC and we had simply “left it in their hands”. This suited us well because they were both architect and builder - and not only that, they were great people. The reason we decided to rebuild was because there was never enough light going into the original house (amongst many other issues). With this new home, there is natural light in every corner. It is also a very sustainable home with plenty of spaces for our three children. We wanted an inside-out house after 2 decades of apartment living and CPlusC delivered just that and, more. They had amazing foresight on how we could live and grow with this home. So thank you CPlusC for thinking for us - this is where we would want to spend the next 2 decades and more!

Clinton and the CplusC team designed and built our terrace home in Sydney based on a functional brief that demanded flexible spaces, amenity to air and light, and for every room to be used every day. We chose CplusC in part because they are one of the few companies offering both architectural and building services. Clinton’s design more than met our requirements and resulted in a brilliant reinterpretation of the modern Australian home. The build process took twelve months and the process, although stressful at times, was managed by a very talented project architect and foreman. Clinton has won national architectural and building awards for the design and construction of our home. Friends and neighbours comment frequently on its beauty and the detail of the design and finishes. Most importantly of all, we just love living in it.

We engaged Clinton and his team at CplusC based on a love of his work we had seen as much as his architect's bedside manner - Clinton and Mel, were able to translate our needs into a concept, that resulted both a practically and sensual through the building. The process of consulting our concept was painless - we always felt engaged, we were never left feeling overawed, our questions were answered promptly and to a level allowing us to take away confidence in the CplusC and the viability of the project. Our project is a work in progress as we negotiate neighbourly concerns, Clinton has remained a strong advocate providing thoroughly researched information allowing us to educate our neighbours and provide the best chance for our project to continue.

We initially met with Clinton in 2013 to discuss our renovation plans and despite being extremely impressed with his ideas we ultimately went with a different company. After months and months of poor communication and lacklustre design concepts with the other company, we contacted Clinton again for advice and with a view to transferring the project to him. He not only assisted us with the difficult circumstance, he presented us with a brand new and dynamic design that we were blown away by. The whole design process with Clinton and his amazing team was stress-free and enjoyable. Clinton's communication is excellent and we certainly appreciated his no-nonsense approach after our previous nightmare experience. I would highly recommend CPlusC to anyone in need of an amazing renovation design concept!
