Overall, Bryan has been very responsive and friendly, and more importantly, honest and upfront. He gave us updates on the progress of our renovation with photos in real time so that we are aware of the various stages of completion of works. He did his best to monitor works done by his sub-contractors but I must add that some sub-contractors need to be replaced eg the vinyl flooring works was not well done. We are happy with Bryan and would recommend him to anyone who wants a piece of mind when it comes to renovating their home as Bryan is trustworthy and competent.

When I took over a 25+ yrs resale condo, the condition is very undesirable. Without further looking at other ID firms, I appointed Chapter B to recreate the layout as they had done a fabulous job for my sister’s penthouse unit and I like their excellent design & workmanship - quality and service top-notched. Bryan is very responsible and make sure the progress is on time with good time management and seamless coordination with the respective contractors. He gave honest opinion on what needs to be done with client's interest as the main priority. He is also very accomodating and listened to our lifestyle needs before giving his professional advice and the design styles that suit our preference and liking. We found Chapter B via houzz.com amongst a few others. What impressed us at the first few meetings was their meticulous attention to our desire in searching for a total refreshed look of our home which has housed us for over 20 years. We wanted to keep some existing furniture and items we cherish; and utilise the space that was under-used. And more importantly, a sense of as if we are moving into a totally new environment, absolutely revitalising our being. That was nearly a year ago now with us already in this newly renovated residence of ours coming to 4 months at the point of penning this review. Bryan and Lynn are absolutely superlative. Beyond the hours of consultation trying to appreciate our likes and dislikes during the space planning and designing phase with both of them. Lynn spent countless weekends with us shopping diligently for the fixtures and accessories. All our precious items we treasured fit perfectly in the most suitable places in the new refurnished home; some were designed in, some just naturally fall into the new space in total harmony. We are still thrilled with the desired outcome; akin effectively to starting a new adventure in our life. We highly recommend Chapter B for interior design and space planning advice - they truly comprehend what you really want and deliver desired results.

I was recommended Bryan of Chapter B based on quality and professionalism. Our renovation included quite a number of carpentry work and a rein-statement of previously hacked wall and reopening of a bedroom door. I consider these major works and Bryan helped to monitor these works very closely. He is also upfront with offering his ideas and advice on dos and don'ts for some of our ideas, I really appreciated that as his advice really helped in cost saving and the overall aesthetics of the project. I engaged Bryan Low of Chapter B as my ID to renovate my apartment mainly he conducted himself as an knowledgeable, approachable and sincere person throughout our meetings prior to my decision. Besides paying attention ro my needs and preferences he is always responsive to my request and questions. Bryan takes good control of the whole project and timeline without sacrificing qualities. He is quick and responsible, never dodged any problems and issues throughout the reno process and make good follow up even after hand over. His relation with his contractors and suppliers were good, fair and transparent. It was a pleasant working experience with Bryan as my ID and I appreciate the stress free renovation process. I commend Bryan for his good level of honesty, responsibility, integrity and taking pride in his job in this industry!

Was searching high and low for an ID to help in my reno journey. After comparing couple of ID firm, finally decided to go with Chapter B. Chapter B was not the cheapest and not the most expensive in price, but the experience talking to Bryan (the boss) was fantastic. I must say, my choice was correct. During the discussion phase, we went through lots of last min changes and design theme and Bryan was 100% supportive and even gave us great ideas on what is practice and what is not (sometime our ideas may look good but may not last). Due to our last min changes, the start of the reno was delay but our target for completion was before CNY. No promise was given by Bryan, but he will try to achieve it. I will not go into details on the reno progress, what most impt is the handle over and after sales support. I must say, the quality and workmanship was fantastic, all joints/edges and finishing are nicely done. After moving in for few weeks, I found some defect and misalignment to the cabinet. Told Bryan and within 3 days he got his carpenter down to rectify the problem. To my surprise he came down personally as well (normally, most ID will not turn up after collecting the final payment), he was there to ensure that his guy rectify the problem properly. After his guys left, I carry on with my own installation work on ikea stuff, he was kind enough to offer his help (which again, I don't think he need to). Thinking back, If I've not chosen Chapter B, how will the outcome be like. Never regret the choice. Oh yeah, he manage to handle over my house 1 week before CNY which I think was totally mission impossible given the tight schedule.

We have just completed the renovation for our first home. I would say that the collaboration works between Bryan and Lynn was perfect, making a lasting positive experience. Lynn is very creative. She is able to put our ideal ideas and requirements into the design, providing us with lots of useful tips as a first time home owner in terms of designing and organizing of the different drawer compartments/measurements, etc. Bryan, on the other hand, takes charge of the execution. He has strict quality requirements and targets set for his suppliers and contractors to assure our carpentry works are of quality and performances.
