We have fully renovated our newly purchased house and Luana designed the renovations, hired the contractor responsible for renovations, and directed the renovations. It was a very laborious project, with many steps and lots of designing and planning. Luana has done an amazing job, we would have been completely lost without her. She planed meticulously everything, she was extremely careful to details, and took care of all our requests and needs. Luana is very dedicated and professional in her work. Her designs are very modern, and eye-catching. She did everything we wanted and more! Her work exceeded by far our expectations! We hired Luana to help with the renovations of our new home. Having never worked with a designer I didn't know what to expect. Luana was professional and experienced which made a stressful renovation less stressful. She has a great understanding of our flooring products and their specifications and knows how to work around restrictions. Luana is in control of her projects and reads her clients extremely well to accommodate for different tastes and budgets.

I was interested in hiring an interior decorator to assist me with furnishing my condo. I need to utilize the space efficiently as the space was limited. I wanted to make it my home, work place, and accommodate guests. I also wanted to incorporate some sentimental pieces that I inherited. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and advice Cazan provided. Most importantly, they took the time to understand what I like and provided options. They were also very contentious about my budget. I'm very happy with the outcome and how the pieces flow and complement each other.

Our house needed a few cosmetic changes which we thought we could easily do ourselves. We shopped at endless flooring, window covering and lighting showrooms and were so overwhelmed with choices we gave up. We hired Cazan Design to provide us with a consultation. After our initial interview with Luana, she arrived for a site visit with samples. We were astounded how she nailed our taste! She was extremely easy to work with, accommodating and intuitive. We hired this company when we bought an old Victorian home that had been neglected. It needed a full overhaul which meant removing the existing addition and replacing it with a larger addition that was 3 storeys - 1500 sq ft in total. It was a huge job marrying the new addition to the old house seamlessly. That's where we are forever grateful to the guidance Luana provided us. Not only her knowledge was priceless but her ability to always stay positive and manage our personalities as we went through this stressful process. That is the sign of a true professional and that quality in itself is truly priceless. We moved in 4 years ago - the entire renovation went quickly and smoothly because of the guidance she provided us. We were able to make all of the thousands of important decisions because she was there helping us through it all. My collegue had been at an open house of one of the homes Luana had redesigned and thought she would be a perfect fit for me. Luana was such a breath of fresh air, she was prompt, attentive and most important did NOT spend money where it would not add value to my home. Luana got to know ME, so that all the items/changes she was recommending fit with what my vision was. The coordination with the contractors was exceptional. I never had to worry about a thing. Luana also took me to all the best places in the city for me to find the perfect counter top or carpet to match my personality and home.
