I had an exceptionally good experience with Scott at Boston Counters. Not only was the quote for my counters set at a considerably lower price than another company I contacted, but Scott produced the quote so quickly compared to others, even after I made changes and updates. Calls and texts were answered promptly. Scott checked in with me in regards of the renovation progress, and rushed the fabrication when we needed it due to unexpected circumstances. The templating was quick and the install was incredibly swift. The counters fit perfectly and look beautiful.

Highly recommend. Alyssa was so helpful! I needed a vanity counter and I was able to find a piece marble that was reasonably priced. I went back and was able to get a piece of soapstone for our beverage area as well. Fabricator and installers were very professional and helpful! Great experience!

Sometimes, when you renovate, you deal with companies that are a huge pain start to finish. It’s like pulling teeth - communication is poor, you don’t get timely service, the product shows up wrong or broken. Then, you deal with Boston Counters, and you quickly realize that THIS is what it means to have excellent service, excellent workmanship, and expert help to complete a project. From the minute you walk into their showroom until they’re pulling away after installing one of their amazing stone products, you can have faith that your job will be completed exactly how you want. I just can’t genuinely recommend these folks enough to handle any or all of your stone counter (or more) needs. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life.

We needed new kitchen counters, backsplash and a bathroom counter. I don’t write evaluations, but our experience with Boston Counters was exceptional. Victoria was remarkably helpful, reliable and competent. She took initiative to make sure things were running smoothly and even helped with subcontractors. The workers took pride in their work and installed the counters with great care. They were efficient and cleaned up well. We couldn’t have been happier with them!!

The 3 installers arrived promptly, were very polite and worked efficiently. The finished project looks just as envisioned. What more could we have asked for?

Jon is an excellent advisor, has good selections of materials and pricing. He has great crews that show up when scheduled, do good work and clean up after. This is our 2nd job with Boston Counters and we're pleased to recommend them to others.

*The person helping me in the store spent a significant amount of time texting and taking personal phone calls. *I purchased a white colored stone for one bathroom and black colored for the second bathroom (very small vanities). They delivered white for both vanities. Luckily I went upstairs to check and noticed before it was fully installed. The good news is that they were able to recut the black granite the same day - they were back late in the afternoon to re-install. It turned out fine for me, but I wonder what would've happened if it was a large piece of granite. *They didn't measure the distance between the backsplash and the bottom of my outlet. So they had to go back to re-cut the backsplash so it would fit below the light switch. I think they should've noticed this when they came to measure. *The installers were professional; no issues there. And the granite looks great

Boston Countertops did an amazing job on my Quartz countertops. From start to finish the project was super easy. Installed within two weeks and the countertops look amazing!

We worked with Jon and Victoria for our new condo. We had to select kitchen and bathroom countertops. They were really helpful in helping us choose from the variety of countertop options available. We had to go back and forth a couple of times because of the pricing, but Jon was really patient with clearing all our questions and also working with our price point. Jon was also responsive via text and email. We are so happy to have worked with Boston Counters and would definitely work with them for our future projects too!

Jon was easy to work with. His knowledge and experience guided me to the right choices. The workmanship was fantastic. We had granite countertops put into our kitchen - Jon let us choose the parts of granite we wanted to use and he meticulously matched the veins in the corner cuts. I would use Boston Counters again and highly recommend him for any counter job.
