From the submitting the bid for the project all the way through to completion Blox was amazing. Starting our first business has been very stressful but the one team we could count on through the entire process was Bruce and team. Bruce was on top of everything and always had our best interest at heart. He was always trying to save us money and I trusted them completely. The results are amazing. Everyone who comes into the store comments about how wonderful it looks and our reviews are way more then I expected. I will definitely use them for our next store and any other construction project we have.

Our experience with Blox on a recent project went very well, they stayed on schedule, Budget and communication was great, very few surprises on the Project. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a Contractor.

Steve and his team built my town house last year and after a year, the bathroom tile starts to crack as shown in the picture. Steven and his team were very responsive and tried very hard to work with the subcontractors to get it fixed.

The team at Blox was a pleasure to work with in every respect ! Their professionalism and follow-through have been so appreciated, especially in this most busy & frenetic time for contractors and subs. When snags occurred, our project manager, Kyle, and site manager, Greg, were awesome and respectful - and so very patient !!! We LOVE our finished project - thrilled !! Thank you !!

Blox Construction did a fantastic job with my dental office remodel. The contract was precise and detailed. The lead on the job was professional and always on time. Blox built a beautiful custom home for us in Woodway, Wa. Great team players...worked exceedingly well with the architect, subs, specialty contractors and us. Top notch, service focused and on top of it. They also built out a satellite law office for us in the Convention Center in Seattle. Swift, efficient and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Blox construction was recommended to us as a leader in timely, professional and beautiful construction projects and wow are we happy we decided to work with them! The project itself was finished on time, on budget and the final product was exactly as we had wished. Having been involved in construction projects in the past I can speak to the exceptional care and attention Blox Construction put into our project; really making us feel like a priority. Each member of the Blox team made a personal effort to get involved and support our deadlines/outcomes even with an INCREDIBLY TIGHT timeline! I consider the team at Blox's a part of our business success since our new buildout and we are happy to be working with them as we expand in the Fall of 2017.

I have done 5 construction projects previous to hiring Blox, so I am not a newbie at this. I hired Blox for a +1M remodel project, to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. While the quality of their work was adequate, their costs management and communications about costs were atrocious. They don't discuss change orders with you beforehand, don't give you the opportunity to sign off on them. They just bill you... As such, you will have absolutely no control over your budget. In addition, I found several occasions where I was able to purchase the exact same material for 50% less than Blox charged (Decking in my example). Finally their subcontractors are frequently late or no-shows which will push the schedule back dearly,,, my project was supposed to take six months, and took over a year until final inspection. Please reach out if you would like more detail. I have the invoices and copies of their own log books showing their own foremans frustration with billing and lack of responsiveness from their subcontractors. Blox is truly the worst nightmare for anyone seeking to build or remodel a home.

Steve at Blox Construction was great to work with. He helped us with a major remodel of an older 1946 home. The kitchen, all bathrooms, laundry room and more needed upgrading. We also needed all new windows. Steve was very professional and had many great ideas on use of space. His work quality and detail were impeccable. When we ran into surprises as often happens in a remodel, Steve had great suggestions. I especially liked that the job was cleaned and organized at the end of each day. This was our second project with Blox and both were great experiences!

We had the opportunity to work with Blox on a couple of large residential remodel projects over the last year or so and found them to be thorough, thoughtful and a pleasure to work with. Their approach was team oriented and they executed both projects with true skill. We would highly recommend them and look forward to working together on future projects.

We have had Blox do several projects including a major kitchen remodel for us over the years. We have been delighted with their workmanship and professionalism. Steve has an excellent eye for design and really helps turn your thoughts into great project. We like them so much we are having them back for a master bath remodel.
