Thank you to everyone at Black & Milk for the stunning transformation of my 2-bed apartment in Kensington. I am beyond delighted with the result! I can’t single any one room out for individual praise as each one has that something special. The new kitchen layout and colour are completely transformed, and my en-suite is stunning. The living room curtains make it appear I have a full-length window, and the furniture... wow! The whole apartment looks bigger with what they've done. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I recently had the pleasure of working with Black and Milk on an interior architecture project to refurbish my newly acquired house, and I am delighted to share my positive experience. The house I purchased was in relatively poor condition, and I needed a complete overhaul to turn it into a cosy home. Black and Milk embraced the challenge with enthusiasm, creativity, and careful attention to detail. The design phase was a collaborative and inspiring process. I live on my own and this is also my first time renovating a place, and B&M team has certainly made the process much easier. What I appreciate the most is their care and commitment to the design - you can really feel that they take pride in their work while at the same time is always willing to collaborate on different ideas. Not having any experience with renovation before, it was quite difficult for me to understand fully the proposed design and budget, and I did feel I had to take a bit of a leap of faith and trust that what they recommend. I do feel that there might be more than can be done in this regard to give me a clearer idea on what I was investing on, particularly since it's also a big investment. But at the same time, I realise that this can also be difficult and at the end of the day, I am really happy with the end result and would definitely use B&M's service again.

Black and Milk have worked to an exceptional level on our Barbican apartment. The design work of Olga and Amnah has been inspirational. Our brief was to provide an interior which was clean-looking and modern whilst at the same time being supremely comfortable, sumptuous, and luxurious. We also wanted to pay respect to the mid-century feel of The Barbican. ‘Modern’ and ‘sumptuous’ are two elements that are not easily combined but what drew us to Black and Milk was hearing Olga and Amnah talk about creating for us an interior that exudes a feeling of warmth and luxury and doing so whilst maintaining the clean simple lines of modern design. We have been very impressed by their ideas and the execution of their ideas through the meticulous sourcing of things such as furniture and joinery experts. Anatoly at Black and Milk has taken care of all the implementation and employed an excellent building contractor to manage all of the works, which means that the experience has been stress-free. The whole team at Black and Milk are lovely people who we are really enjoying working with. The professionalism of Black and Milk is second to none and we can whole-heartedly recommend them.

B&M have been excellent throughout my project, from the initial consultation, through to the style quiz and design presentations. Always on hand with plenty of patience for my many questions and queries and changes of mind! As with any complex design project, there are invariably some hiccups such as furniture delays, fabrics discontinued, but the Black and Milk team came up with strong suggestions and practical solutions. My project came off the end of a pandemic, with global supply-chain delays but the team handled this so well given aspects were outside of their control. It is a reflection of the robust structure and team they have in place as well the use of reliable third parties such as the builders, window treatment/ curtain guys and joinery suppliers. My project was within budget and I am very happy with the result. Thank you.

We worked with Black and Milk remotely, designing a flat in London. We were impressed by their prompt and excellent service. They listened carefully to our requests and did their best to meet them. They had a great network of skilled professionals and suppliers who helped deliver the project at a high standard. The outcome is perfect and we enjoyed the process. There is only one word to aptly summarise our experience with Black and Milk - exceptional. We had the pleasure of working with Giulia, Olga and Anatoly, (with the support of their procurement and logistics team) and the service they offered met (and in some cases, exceeded) our expectations. Black and Milk also has a lot of useful contacts and every contractors they engaged to undertake works in our home was excellent in terms of workmanship, consideration for the occupants and efficiency. The large majority of our home comprised bespoke joinery and furniture, all of which we have been extremely satisfied with in terms of the initial design by Giulia and Olga and the final product which were manufactured and assembled to the highest standard. Perhaps the one thing that stands out the most to us is their clear and genuine passions for the project. We really get the feeling that they are as invested and excited about designing and furnishing our home as we were, whilst maintaining respect and staying loyal to our initial ideas and concepts. Olga and Anatoly are the dream team! We chose Black and Milk for a near-complete refurbishment of our house. As decoration of such scale can be a really daunting job, we are really satisfied with their work. Olga led the design team with great willingness to understand our personal tastes, they pay attention to all the details even though sometimes we were cluelessly throwing out ideas. The moodboards, decor options and the quality of the materials chosen were all excellent. Toly is absolutely the best project manager that I have met and worked with by far. He’s always clear-minded, detailed and well communicated. He has found us a reputable builder which is so crucial in carrying out the project to perfection. What we really loved about working with Black and Milk is clear communication, great delivery, near perfect execution, worry-free, and best of all, fnished our project very close to our schedule timeline and budget despite covid-related disruptions.
