I had a very disappointing experience working with Peter Imperatori. Communication was poor throughout the process, as messages often went unanswered and follow-ups were required multiple times. I found the level of professionalism lacking, particularly in terms of reliability and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this created unnecessary stress and made the overall experience frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with him again, And neither should you.

Baypoint Projects recently renovated our bathroom and powder room - we had a bit of an urgent issue arise and Peter, Attilio and their team were able to accomodate us relatively quickly. We wanted extra assistance with the design, and Peter was able to suggest The Den Interiors, who worked closely with Peter, Attilio, and their team throughout the renovation. As our house only has one bathroom, we had to move out for the duration of the project. We decided to travel overseas, leaving our home in the care of Peter, Attilio and their team for the duration of the renovation. They managed this process extremely well with several calls, and regular photos and video updates. We returned home six weeks later to a phenomenal new bathroom and powder room - we were very impressed by the level of attention to detail and professionalism in Baypoint Project’s work - the tiling is perfection, our custom cabinets are fabulous, love love our new shower and bath! We also really appreciated the steps the team took to protect our surfaces and artwork etc. We also got the team to complete a few other things for us whilst we were away - painting, patch repairs etc - so great to be able to have the one team manage all of this for us at once. Peter and Attilio were both very personable and responsive - we would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a home reno, and look forward to working with them again in the future on other projects. Baypoint did a great job helping us sort various issues around the house to get ready for market. The guest bathroom needed the most work with a partial facelift, including a bespoke wood bench from reclaimed timber. They also rehung the front and back doors and replaced the seals. Peter was a great communicator always letting me know what was happening even if he wasn't staying on site with the various tradesmen (carpenter, electrician etc) he used. It was all done in a short period of time, ready for the Real Estate photographer, AND we got a great result at the Auction. I hope to be able to work with them in the future.

Baypoint Projects and their team has transformed our space and we love it. My wife and I said from the start we felt very comfortable with Baypoint and we are glad we engaged them with their wealth of experience and wonderful tradespeople. Helping us from an idea to now calling this new bathroom ours. Very professional and most importantly a great team to work with. We cannot thank Attilio and Peter enough. We will be getting them back to complete our ensuite and kitchen for stage 2 of our home. Thanks guys.

Peter and Attilio were fantastic to work with! We met them both when they were renovating our neighbours bathroom across the road. They were also friendly and good to chat to. So when we needed our roof repaired we did not hesitate and contacted Baypoint projects. They completed our repair in a timely manner, on board and with great professionalism. The Baypoint Projects team are your go to for any renovation or building needs. They recently completed a whole apartment renovation for me and from the start I knew I was in good hands. The renovation journey was unfortunately hampered a few times due to COVID restrictions but the team made great progress and never let their quality slip to meet timelines. I am so so proud of the end result and so grateful to them for giving me the apartment of my dreams. Peter and Attilio are amazing to work with as well. They are constantly listening and helping you work through decisions. They are always reachable and patient (even for a few weekend panic messages) and best of all become like family.
