Highly, highly recommend Bath + Kitchen. Eric and his team are responsive, organized, and great to work with. We renovated our kitchen and are so pleased with the results. The workmanship is excellent, and the crew is extremely professional and go above and beyond - from visiting multiple stores to find a perfect match for our siding, to going out of scope and helping us fix some bouncy floors. Our running joke was that they always showed up within the same 3-minute window in the morning. This was our first renovation, and we’re so happy we chose Bath + Kitchen.

I definitely recommend Bath + Kitchen to design and install new kitchen cabinets. Bath + Kitchen does an outstanding job with design, remodeling and cabinetry. We love our new space. The team is well versed in kitchen design and does beautiful kitchen designs (just seems the pics). They asked lots of questions and made sure to design the cabinetry with the right amount of drawers, accessories and lighting to meet our specific requirements. During install the team was very communicative and the crew was on time and professional every day (and wore their masks all day while working in the house). Appreciate the time they spend to make sure you’re happy with the design and details.

Great customer approach to kitchen remodel! Blazing fast turnaround on kitchen design plans and renderings. BPK designed and installed our new kitchen cabinets, hardware, backsplash, flooring and under cabinet lights. We love our new kitchen! It wouldn't be complete without the recommendations from Eric, Maggie and Brian. BPK introduced kitchen design ideas we never would've considered. The functionality of our kitchen has increased the productivity of our house 10-fold. Everything has it's place and is easily accessible. Eric and his team at bath plus kitchen do fantastic work, and I would recommend going with them over the competition. Eric is patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs. We love our brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops. His team is professional and works very clean. Mistakes are bound to happen, it’s how a company handles them that marks a truly great company. When we brought a concern up to Eric he addressed it and resolved it straightaway. They are very easy to deal with, price competitive and a great company to work with.

BPK exceeded my expectations! I had never gone through any type of renovation before, so I was a little hesitant to move forward with the process of renovating my very small master bathroom. After my first meeting with BPK, I instantly realized how involved and accommodating the entire team would be throughout the process. Yuviny, who is absolutely amazing, came by to check out our space and measure the area for a plan. Afterwards, I sent in some pictures of what type of bathroom I was hoping for. Shortly after, my husband and I stopped by their showroom to check out what was drawn up. They helped my vision come to life. From the overall design to the smallest details you wouldn't even think about, everything was well thought-out and available for us to view. Everything that Julia and Marissa had picked out were perfect. They also picked everything with our budget in mind (pretty sure we even ended up slightly under budget). They provided us with a 3D model of the layout and a selections sheet that included links to all the parts that were being ordered for the bathroom. The entire construction crew were just as great. Yuviny and his team worked hard every single day. They were always on time and always cleaned up at the end of each day (AMAZING). Each day, they would tell us how the project was coming along and would explain to us what they worked on and what would be next. Yuviny was also great at thinking through the smallest details and making sure everything would fit perfectly. He would even think through some possible changes throughout the project that he thought would enhance the logistics of the bathroom even more. When we had some questions about possible changes, Eric was over the next day to check it out and see what could work. Throughout the whole process Eric was RESPONSIVE and PATIENT. I couldn't have imagined a smoother renovation. They were able to match our paint color, the crown molding, and baseboards without us having to go to a store or look up anything! Also, the renovation was completed sooner than expected (who wouldn't want that to happen?). I would highly recommend BPK for any or all bathroom or kitchen renovations!

We purchased a new townhouse in Alexandria that included a master bathroom that was a good size but had a layout with little regard for function, resulting in a bathroom that felt small and dark. We spoke with 3 local bath/kitchen renovation companies who gave us similar estimates for the work we wanted to do, but Eric and team gave the clearest responses to the specific concerns we wanted to address in the project (e.g., we wanted to tile all walls, and — because the existing tile installation was one of the motivating factors for this project — we wanted the tile to be installed well). Eric's team delivered on time (ahead of schedule, but worked 6 days per week) and on budget. We were especially impressed with their attention to cleaning the area and the path from the bath to the front door every evening; it didn't feel like living in a construction zone like other renovation projects we've experienced. The floor-to-ceiling tile was beautifully and properly installed. Several months after project completion, we're very happy with the workmanship and the brighter bathroom that feels much more open and spacious.

I had a poor experience with BPK that they tried to correct, but it was too little too late. I purchased a house that I intended to remodel and consulted with BPK to see if my scope, budget and timeline were workable. After a successful initial consultation, we put down a $4,000 deposit for the design on 11/9. Since my wife was pregnant, we had a firm deadline for project completion. Over a month of meetings, site visits, emails and consultations we were told that we were over budget and elements of our plan were not workable or would be difficult to complete on time. At this point, we decided that BPK wasn't the right fit for us, and that we'd like to explore another option for a contractor. When we informed BPK of this, we got a series of terse emails and were told that BPK would not be supplying any of the designs that we had worked on together to us in an editable format. In an email. owner Eric told us "I caution you if you are planning to hire a company offering a better price or promising a better service to complete the project. We could just as easily hire people to complete your kitchen for less however we'd rather not do the project. In my own house I've had each bathroom remodeled and also the kitchen. I tried hiring someone to do our master bath who was half the price. Needless to say not only did the remodel not go well it was a nightmare to live through for a number of reasons. In the end I had to buy a lot of the materials again and redo the bathroom." I've waited until now to post my review because we had another company complete our project to our original specs and on our original budget, including features that BPK said were not feasible. The new company had a month less time because of the time we spent working with BPK. BPK refunded us our deposit, which was extremely professional of them and I do not believe they were trying to take advantage of us. In they end, they also supplied us with our designs. However, the experience was poor and we lost a month not making progress on our project.

Excellent service. Quality design, very responsive, and creative! They helped in my overall layout and design and in the ordering process. The materials ordered exactly met my needs and exceeded my expectations by arriving early. Really appreciated the partnership and LOVE my new home!

We were so thrilled with the work of the entire team at BPK (Eric, Austin, Victor, and the crew) during our kitchen and bath renovation. We selected BPK after reviewing their website and social media accounts. We were impressed with their work, and even when the project didn’t match our style, it was obvious that they did great work. We also appreciated that their website is transparent about the size, scope, and pricing of the projects they take on. Working with BPK really helped to mitigate the intimidation factor of getting our first home renovation work completed. Going into the project we knew we needed to find a team we could trust because we did not want to be responsible for making all the decisions (way too intimidating). After our consultation with them we knew we had picked the right team. During the design process they helped us narrow the choices based on styles we found online and had recommendations about materials, etc. They helped us know which decisions were important when, which was super helpful! They also politely helped push us along when we were slow to make decisions. That was incredibly helpful. The construction process was excellent. Eric and the team estimated the project would take four weeks. We chose to move out (because of our pet) but we stopped by on a routine basis to check on progress. We did notice some small things that required correction, and the BPK team was happy to make the changes immediately. While the work seemed to be proceeding nicely, we were so shocked to get a note from BPK at the end of the third week saying that the work had been completed! That’s right, our project with BPK was completed early and on budget! We will definitely work with BPK again in the future and highly recommend BPK and everyone on their team for their excellent work.

I hired Bath Plus Kitchen to perform a master bathroom remodel project in my townhouse. This was the third project I hired Eric and his team to complete. They also worked on my full kitchen and a small bathroom remodel in my former condominium. The quality of work is consistently strong. This particular project completely met my expectations. Eric worked with me on keeping my project in my desired budget. His team provided valuable recommendations and feedback on the design choices. The project completed on time and is better than I imagined. I strongly recommend this team for complete remodel projects. I have had the good fortune to be able to hire them multiple times, and each time I have been completely satisfied.

BPK did a fabulous renovation on two bathrooms in my condo. They gave me a 5 week timeline once the design was finished and products ordered and actually finished early and on budget. They are a one stop shop from design to construction. No need to worry about subcontractors, you have the same construction team throughout. I am so glad I chose BPK for my renovation.
